Last Friday my guest bathroom toilet backed up. I checked Angie's List and came up with Thor Industries. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Two properly masked employees came around 4 PM and I showed them to the guest bathroom. To my chagrin the toilet had magically fixed itself! They checked it just to make sure and pronounced it fit for duty. I asked them how much I owed for the service call and they wouldn't accept a dime! Needless to say I will call them next time we have a problem...

Iit was great! Friendly, reliable, honest service! It can be an unsettling feeling calling out a repair service company unsure of repairs needed or if you are going to be taken for your money! Troy and his team are great! No trying to tell you or sell you repairs and cost not needed. They are honest give it to you straight knowledgeable team at Thor and I will use them for all my ac/Heat or plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Air Conditioner blowing hot air. Discovered the capicitor was bad and needed to be replaced. My ac unit is 16 years old.

This company and their employees are very professional and courteous. They preformed the service to the highest standards I have seen in a very long time.
Description of Work: We had Heavenly A/C heating repair replace our A/C heating unit after our 25 year old unit died. When I called for an estimate Eric returned my call within minutes and came out to give estimate very quickly. Eric called us a few days later to see if we were going to accept his offer which we did as his was the lowest estimate we received from all the company's in our area. He scheduled the replacement for the very next morning. His team showed up right on time. within 4 hours they had the old system out and the new system in. They gave me all the warranty packets and explained the system to me. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again next spring to replace my upstairs A/C unit to match the new system they replaced for the downstairs of my home.
