It went extremely well. Zach arrived even earlier than had been scheduled, found the problem and had it fixed very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful and explained the problem and how he would take care of it. I will definitely used this company again, when needed.

Hector is the best! Very knowledgeable and arrived within 1 hour of call to replace my old thermostat. He also checked my system efficiency and wore booties inside my house. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything.
