+ -1 moreThey stuck the hose that drained the pool in the wrong port to the main drain, breaking the valve. I had to have Mr. Rooter remove and install new main drain and valve. Mr. Rooter spent 2 days at the job. Inspection took extra day. Couldn't run dishwasher or laundry. Thank goodness for a 15% off senor discount with Mr. Rooter. Paid $2975 for new main drain and permit.
Description of Work: Bead blasting, drain pool, start up chemicals.

Description of Work: There was a good job with clearing the water , but the bottom of the pool still needed cleaning .They left and was to return 2 days later; but returned 4 days later. They did more cleaning to floor and filter, the next mornings tiles had fallin out and I had to call for repairs . Someone else paid for the initial cleaning, they offered to clean for $90 amonth which is reasonable, but I'm looking for someone else to do a better job. . I'll try three to see who does the better job. They also left my gate wide open when they left, which could allow others to walk in

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience, they set up a date for the cleaning right after the estimate and showed up right when they said they would be there. The tile looks really good.
Description of Work: Southern Nevada Tile Savers cleaned the bath tub ring off of my pool tile. They also cleaned around my spa.
