I encountered many problems, but the worst was the damage caused to the furniture I payed them to pack. They were very careless with my items, including putting two of the boxes labelled "fragile" on the bottom of the stacks. When it came time to arrange delivery, communication was difficult. They did not return calls or respond promptly to emails. I ended up having to buy an air mattress because of the extended delay in getting my belongings.
Description of Work: I hired Atlas to move my belongings out of state and store them temporarily. Slater is the Vegas affiliate for Atlas.
