Description of Work: The SP called the cx and access his computer remotely to fix it. SP fix it for only 10 mins.

+ -1 moreExcellent!Jeff arrived early and discovered his HDI cable had to be replaced with another cable with a VAG convertion attachment. He replaced the cable attached all appropriate parts. The computer works fine and I am quite satisfied. Very seasoned (experienced) computer technition.

I reached back out to Jeff n he gave me step by step instructions to get my computer up n running by email. He could have easily said he needed to come out again n charge me. AWESOME SERVICE

Description of Work: I needed help with installing my router and modem. I'm not exactly tech savvy. Jeff not only installed he made sure I was completely protected with a private wifi set up which I didn't know could be done.
