Serv-All Water Conditioning

The water conditioner in the garage was there since 2003 and finally stopped working. He explained what was not working and gave me choices for repairing the unit. I decided to replace the whole unit and a week later we scheduled with his office when to install the new unit He did not charge me for a service charge since I was having a new unit installed in the garage. The young man that installed the new unit in the garage was very pleasant and explained how the new unit worked. He let me use my phone to video what he was telling me. A very pleasant experience. Culligan has a good product but overcharges on service fees.

The service was fine. There was no additional cost.

I called for new filters for my old RO system, but when Cody arrived I decided to replace the old system with a new one. I had discussed this possibility with the office when I set up the appointment for between 12:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. on February 11th, 1026. I purchased the $99 special for the filter replacement. Cody arrived at 5 minutes to Noon and installed the new system. He did a wonderful job and explained everything he did as he went along. He made extra room under the sink by hanging the unit on the side of the cabinet and put a stand under the tank so that it wouldn't rust. He even placed a label with he company phone number beside the unit. He took the old unit for disposal and left everything in perfect order. Even my husband remarked on what an nice person Cody is which is unusual. We will call Serv-All when we need replacement filters.

The service call went great! The water technician checked the water softener for proper functionality instead of only doing 1 thing and trying to charge an extra fee for multiple "checks" of different water devices in the house. So that was great because I had a feeling that the reason for the service call, the water filter system under the sink, was going to be a quick, "it needs new filters" type of inspection anyways. So because there was no extra fee associated with looking at both the filter and the softener, I really appreciate the value of the service call. As for the water filter, the technician was great and told me that the filters were need of a change and showed me the gauge to check how much "life" they have left. He also advised me that the filters are expensive for this particular brand of water filter and that it might be a better option to outright replace the system; a great piece of advise considering the small price difference between new filters and a new system (that uses cheaper filters). He explained everything to me clearly. He only charged me $59.00 but gave me a Angie's List discount; so the total bill was $49.00. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and is able to communicate what is happening. He is a very pleasant person to work with. His wife works in the office and she is easy to work with and is also a very pleasant person to work with. I was with Culligan that charged me $138.00 for a service charge. Serv-All charged $59.00 for a service call.

The tech showed up, was very presentable. Seemed to have the knowledge necessary to go thru the system and repair a few small items that needed attention. All the paper work was in order so after he finished he was able to leave, the appointment took less time than I was told when making my appointment. This was a good thing.

He was very nice and professional. While I did not feel like he did anything, he keep being a professional.

Everything went smoothly & will see how water quality checks out in 1-2 weeks.

Service was awesome . Which is not always easy to come by in Las Vegas. ordered through the Angie's list app. Was contacted by Corine at Serve Pro . Corine was very nice and professional. Jim showed up to my house on time and was extremely knowledgable and professional. He took his time after he completed the job to give me a quick crash course in Water Softners. Explained to me the functions and some quick trouble shooting ideas. Two thumbs up to Corine , Jim, and Serve pro . Great Experience! I will 100% call them with future jobs.

He called when he was on his way, as per my request. I asked for on or after 2 PM ( after work for me) and he arrived at 2 PM He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions. Gets an AAA+++

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The gentlemen that was at our house was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable. They needed the right filters and they searched for them until they found them. The person that answered the phone was very pleasant and knew what she was talking about.

Work was done efficiently and as promised.

Showed up on time, to replace membrane. While here i had a leak in my softening system. Decided to have it replaced since it was 10 years old. They did a great job.

FANTASTIC! We had bought a new home in 2014, with all the things needed for a new home I was exhausted with all the estimates I had to get?I was just about to give up on water softener companies, so many, price was high, sales people were pushy and annoying! Then I looked up a few companies from Angie's List and found what I wanted.I was tired of all the sales pitches so when I called Serve-All a lovely lady answered and I told her I wanted her to answer my questions and not give me a sales pitch?she answered all my questions gave me the prices over the phone ( all didn't want to give me a price over the phone, they wanted to come over to sell me more than I needed) and set up an appointment with in a few days to have it installed by a wonderful knowledgeable man. It's a family owned company, customer service was wonderful! I would recommend this fine company to anyone tired of sales pitches and pushy sales people. The price was right compared to all the other companies and the work was excellent!

The office staff was prompt and courteous and cared about my situation. Jim was earlier than expected and very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust that he was honest and he did a great job and offered any follow up calls, if needed. Great staff and company!

On time. Very Preofeesional . I was very impressed with the service to the point. I had them return to replace my water softner system. So far everything is running fine and no problems at all. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs water softner system or reverse osmosis system. Prices are reasonable !

Serv-all arrived on time, changed out he filter. No mess. They found out that a membrane was needed and had to order it. This was warranty work. The company stayed in tough and got the part within two days. We also appreciate their follow- up and yearly reminders. Everything thing was tested following their work. They are very nice and friendly and will easily answer any questions we have.n

He found a leak, ordered the part and came back and replaced it. Everything is fine now.

i was looking after he left and tapped the top and it has not leaked since. So i am not sure what was wrong maybe just caught in cycle.

The service was excellent. The technician explaned everything clearly. Show us where to turn the water off for the entire house and was very thorough in his explanation.

Overall it went well. Communication was excellent, so that we had no problems scheduling the install date & time. The owner came out and installed the kitchen sink water filter as well as the water conditioner (in the garage). The only hiccup was paying the subcontractor who drilled the hole for the water filter. It was difficult to arrange payment for them separately.

Jim was on time, professional and replaced filters, as well as changing various worn parts. When I called the next day to report a problem with water pressure to refrigerator line, follow up appointment was set for next morning. Jim came and found the problem, which was not related to anything done on original call. I would highly recommend his service.

The serviceman looked at the water softener system, was able to tell the problem right away and took care of it quickly. He also gave sound advice without any pressure, which we will do in the near future. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable.

I just felt they did a good job on everything. I was extremely happy with them. I did a lot of price comparison and I thought that they had the best value for the price they negotiated, gave me senior discounts and things and really good quality product that I've researched on the web, so I was very happy with them.
