Serv-All Water Conditioning

Tony changed the water filters on the R/O system. He is a very knowledgeable young man and has a pleasant personality. He was very clean with his work and he enjoyed his work. We also bought our water softener from them.

Service was Excellent. Jim demonstrated how to turn off the systems shut off valves in the event of a leak, something I had never even considered. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about the product. Can't ask for more than that!

I felt completely at ease with technicians who came and did the work when I was at home with my children, Tony and Jim (I think. I feel bad I can't remember his name for sure). The price was fair and we are so happy with difference in our water and the quality of appliances and and work.

Tony was on time, very professional, super nice and had great tips for water shutoff while on vacation. This is the first time anyone has ever pointed out the hose bib on the water softener that can be used to wash our cars with soft water! Nice! Serv-All Water Conditioning called to remind me the RO filters needed their yearly replacement... good thing! They were nasty! Photo below: the dirty orange filter is supposed to be bright white! Replacement of Reverse Osmosis went very well. Subsequent calls to company to ask for water softener maintenance meet with two no return calls. Gave up and went with other company.

I had installed a water softener I bought online over a year ago. I was in the middle of remodeling my house. The water softener never worked but it went further and further down on my priority list. My wife finally couldn't take the hard water anymore and demanded I do something. I tried without success to troubleshoot the softener with help from the company I bought the unit from. So I asked them who they recommended in Las Vegas, I called Serv-All Water Conditioning. Jim came out and fixed my softener. He found a small piece of debris in one of the lines that caused my softener not to draw brine out of the salt reservoir. I could not believe how inexpensive it was to repair my softener. I would highly recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning. My wife is happy! I'm still remodeling the house. :-(

Good. Current system was old and they were able to get me a new reverse osmosis system at a reasonable price. I was glad to use them.

I spent a couple of dozen hours wading through the maze of contradictory "information" on the internet about water conditioners, softeners and magic technology, thinking that there must be something newer and better than an old-fashioned salt-based ion exchange machine. Nope. Once I settled that issue for myself, I turned to Angie's List for selecting the right company to supply the product and do the work. Serv-All has stellar reviews, and so I selected them and am adding my high praise for the company. The customer representatives and owners were prompt in answering my call and discussing the right system for our house and water use. The service tech, Theo, arrived right when agreed, and the office called shortly before his arrival to check that we were home. Theo was friendly, professional and handled the remove and replace job without a hitch. (The old rig, like most in Las Vegas I suspect, was in the garage.) I would buy from them again without hesitation and recommend them unreservedly to anyone needing a water softener. A good deal for the equipment and no high pressure sales or upselling ********.

The experience was extremely positive. There were difficulties with my condo building, and Serv-All managed the process from dealing with the building, hiring a plumber to do some unexpected work, and making sure that the job was done properly. They were amazingly polite and professional and highly recommend them.

The job was performed on time and within quoted cost. The technician, Theo, was prompt and was at my resident ready to get started. He's extremely polite and willing to ensure my concerns were addressed. He replaced the pressure regulator first to ensure the proper pressure was required and he made pressure adjustments based on my needs. Since I wasn't aware of how the water was connected between with the front and rear outside faucets. He let me know which faucet was responsible for the house system and which faucet came off of the street location. This is good information to know in case of emergencies and the need to shut off the water. Once the pressure was at the correct setting, Theo move onto removing and replaces my water softener. Since my old water softener was over 10 years old and it suffered from a crack tank, Theo did an equally great job with the water softener. He went the task of getting the setting configured on the softener. Once the water softener was installed, Theo took the time to give me an overview of setting the time on the softener and the positioning of the shut-off valves. He provided two bags of salt and informed me on the type of salt to be used in the salt tank. By leaving one of the empty bags, I’m able to determine the correct type of salt to use in the tank. I happy with the service provided and the professionalism provide by Theo. I would recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning Company to anyone who needs service for their water softener. The company also completed the install of my 5-stage reverse osmosis system about a year ago. I appreciate the opportunity to be their client and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Top notch - honest, thorough, and prompt. Jim and Corinne helped guide our research into different options and did exactly as they promised when we decided. Jim even trouble shot a coincidental failure with our new fridge and made the warranty repair appointment.

Sensational. These folks are very knowledgeable and have a great Vortex product which removes excess chlorine first, then softens the water. (Another vendor sells one which mixes the two functions - which is not appropriate - for much more money.) The installer noticed that our water pressure was too high and that our water pressure regulator wasn't working properly (which likely blew out our previous softener tank). These folks are wonderful to work with. Check around, but their current Angie's deal on this unit is great.

The technician was on time, efficient, friendly and ensured I understood what the system should be doing. He was great and provided me with exactly what I wanted and needed.

Bill, the technician, was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. The system is nearing "end of life" and he explained my options if it started to fail (leak). As a courtesy, he checked the operation of the water softener.

Jim was very professional and even helped me to change out my soap dispenser because I couldn't reach it. Even if he hadn't helped me, he was friendly, pleasant to have in my home, and professional. He kept the area clean, didn't make a mess and was finished very quickly. I will continue to have Serv-All service my system, which was purchased from them as well by the previous owner of my home.

Excellent work was done by Jim. There was an additional need for a membrane and he obtained it and made a second trip at no extra charge. He was very knowledgable and showed us how to manage our system. He also checked our water softener and gave us a tip on a better product to use in the softener. I would not hesitate to give him the highest recommendation possible.
