Description of Work: Had abit of issue with scheduling the inspection of my softener system. Once tech was out to the house it was all good. He diagnosed the problem easily - clearly familiar with my Fleck7000 system - and checked operation. Metering issue then found, metering turbine removed/cleaned/replaced, and rechecked. Promised to order part and return to install. Importantly he was willing to show me the ins & outs of my system and provide me some tips. Part came in and they came back out and installed. We have soft water now!

Description of Work: Serv-all practice of deceit, in my eyes, prompted me to write this review. Serv-all was notified that half way into flight, Southwest Airlines turned back to San Francisco International Airport citing mechanical issues. Rescheduled flight went to a week later. During this time, Serv-all took it upon themselves to show up at the address supposedly Oct, 2015. When I called for the service call. Serv-all casually said she saw no coupon purchased for their services. Angie's record did show I have purchased their promotional coupon. Serv-all unconventional and unsolicited practices leads me to believe that their establishment is not on the up & up. In conclusion, I will not recommend or entertain their services.

Description of Work: While they were unable to revive my ancient water softener without significant investment, they did alert me to an imminent major problem with my hot water heater. My home warranty covered the heater replacement but I will most certainly be calling these guys when I am able to fund a new softener and reverse osmosis system

Description of Work: They checked my 13 year old water softener and confirmed it did not work. They replaced the water softener at my request with a new system. They installed the new softener the following day from the initial visit and they removed and disposed of the old softener.

Description of Work: Checked to ensure the Reverse Osmosis membrane was still working. It was. Replaced the three filter set. Pressurized the system, and determined there were no leaks. As a courtesy, checked the water softner. It is also still working correctly.
