I used Serv-All to disconnect my RO system before the kitchen remodel started. This time I called them to reconnect the system. Prior to that, they helped me to find an RO faucet that would match my new kitchen design. For this service call Jim was on time, very knowledgeable, explained me how the system works. In addition to changing the filters and membrane, he replaced a couple of connectors and lines that were leaking and stayed extra time to verify that there were no more leaks. He was very proffesional and recpectful of my house (removed his shoes at the door, asked permission to open refrigerator and cabinets). From now on I'll only use Serv-All for my water softener and RO services.

My reverse osmosis system was inoperative. They came out and were unable to repair it as it needed an odd part. The part was ordered, they came back and finished the repair within a few days. The service tech was outstanding and the price was beyond fair and reasonable.Outstanding service, quality and pricing.

It was fine. They were terrific. He got me all set up, and really knew what he was doing. They came out right away within 2 days. He also had to fix the valves and was out there less than an hour. He took his time and is very friendly. The price was very reasonable.

Our water softener and reverse osmosis system was custom built by Serv-All for this property in 2001 and has been annually maintained by them. After the owner's death, the company had some employee issues, inconsistent service and rocky times. Jim bought the business from the owner's heirs last year and has begun repairing their previous reputation for excellent service. We have complete faith in him! This year, unfortunately, the fourth of four R.O. unit filters needed replacement, the "expensive" one. We checked into doing the work ourselves, couldn't find a local source for that 4th filter and even went online to price everything. The prices charged by Serv-All for the parts were consistent with what we could pay online, and the charge for the service call was reasonable. We think we got a bargain. The water softener unit originally installed turns out to be one of the best available on the market, but the resin tank has begun to leak so we shut it off, thinking we were going to have to completely replace the water softener, an expensive purchase and installation. Instead of total replacement for the unit, Jim recommended a much less expensive option, replacing the resin in the filtration tank ("rebedding"), and we plan to do this shortly. Others wanted to replace the entire unit, which would have cost double the price Serv-All has quoted, and throw away something that potentially will provide many more years of service. We're thrilled with this!

I've heard that Jim had some expansion and other issues integrating Serv-All into his company, but growing pains seem to have worked out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He seems like a guy who is honest and believes in good customer service. Someone is coming out on Friday to do some maintenance on our R.O. system, and with a senior discount the service call will be $59.95. A good deal.

The guy was super nice, but it wasn't installed correctly because the salt level never changes. The salt is suppose to be used and you need to put more in it, but mine never changes.

Apparently Steve took a break, had some health problems. He's back in business, answering his phone. So happy to have found him again! I didn't realize how good I had it until I tried to find another service person last year and got quotes up to $300 for a $60 job.

He is punctual, knowledgeable, and cooperative. I'm afraid I've lost him, which is a shame.

Steve, the owner, made the service call and actually rearranged his schedule to fit me in the day I called. He diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained it as well as spelling out the options I had and the cost of each option. He was very familiar with the system since he had installed it originally in 1991 (before I owned the home) and he made the repair quickly.
