I am so happy with our new window! The salesman was very respectful, explained everything, answered all our questions in a non-pushy but very supportive manner. The installation crew communicated with us, very respectful of our schedule. The window is absolutely everything we hoped it would be. We note a significant drop in outside noise, an added bonus to the benefits we expected. We are planning to get more windows with Seitz West as our budget allows until all our windows are updated. We love Seitz West and will stick with them.

This company is amazing! From the quote where Doug sat down with us and asked us what we were looking for and what our main goals were, then went over all options to make sure we had every bit of information we needed to make a sound choice. They stayed in contact with us in the time it took to order the windows, and set up an install date. Came on time, and got right to work. Amazingly polite team, quick, efficient, clean. Wore masks the entire time, I would recommend to anyone! You can’t go wrong with them!

I don't normally write review but the work done by Seitz west was excellent and his pricing was the best in town. I had 6 different companies come and Seitz west was by far the best pricing. Ordered and installed within 5 week. Not a bad thing to say about this company.

It went awesome, they did a great job, they continuously cleaned and swept the floors after every step of the installation process. They were very friendly and explained everything to us. They were detail oriented throughout the process. Would definitely us them again.

Could not ask for a better job...was here on time, perfect job and cleaned up.I would definitely recommend them.You will find their bid is very reasonable compared to the big boys.

Everything went great! Doug was prompt, disclosed everything involved from reasonable cost to necessary steps and time to complete the job with proper quality. He tidied up afterward and made sure I was fine with everything before he left. He also left me an avenue should anything happen to my new windows in the future to get them properly restored to good condition. I don't expect I'll need that, but it's good to know it's there! If you're thinking of replacing the windows in your home, Seitz Windows and Doors is definitely the one to go with!

Very professional, good price, happy with the results.

For a “small” job, I was very pleased with Sweitz Windows response and Doug’s work. He came immediately to give me an estimate and was very thorough on what I would be getting and the time frame involved. Though it took almost a month to get the window ordered, received, and installed, I was in no hurry.....and was informed up-front about it. The installation was much more involved than I ever anticipated, but Doug was very thorough (and tidy) in doing it. The window and work space were thoroughly cleaned before he left. Doug was easy to be around and definitely knows his business! Should I need glass-work in the future, Doug will get my call.
