the object was jammed in there badly and we were worried that it was not going to get dislodged. Whew! things turned out great. within in a couple of hours everything was functioning correctly.

It was a painless experience from beginning to end.

. For the deeply clogged kitchen sink Francisco Martinez was the service man. He was very professional and courteous. He hooked up his equipment outside the backwall of the kitchen sink being very careful of the flowers planted in the area. He explained to me every thing he was doing. I would use Francisco Martinez with Roto-Rooter again if necessary.

Called this company for an estimate of repair of a dripping faucet. The plumber showed up the same day, relatively on time. After looking at the faucet, he determined that it was doubtful that he could repair the existing faucet. He felt a replacement was a better idea. He gave me a price for the installation of a new faucet. We looked online for some possibilities. He advised me on the specifics of the faucet I would need. I picked out one I liked. He said he would check with his supplier to get a price on the faucet and determine when he could install it. I didn't hear beck from him until 4/16/12, six days later. By then I had gotten someone else to get the faucet for me and install it. I was very disappointed in this company's failure to get back to me in a timely manner. I would not go back to them for future work.

Very well, they were able to install all of the fixtures we had purchased without any leaks or problems.

We were real happy with them. They did the work and got here when they said they were going to; we were fine with them. They did not leave any mess and we will use them again in the future.

Clogged toilet x 2 wks and slow draining pipes in our downstairs bathroom. Called RR, very polite over the phone, sent a technician same day. Technician was on time, very professional and worked quickly. Gave quote before starting work - told me that the toilet needed to be augered ($250) but the sink and tub drains would need further evaluation ($$). Ten days later the toilet stopped flushing again, drain pipe was leaking into the basement, sink and tub had standing water. RR said they would have to send someone out for a new estimate bx service was no longer covered by 7 day warranty. I expressed my concern that the initial evaluation was incomplete and therefore the incorrect service was rendered. Was sent a $20 coupon toward further services. Would not recommend.

I felt that I was overcharged. They actually said that it required more work, but they didn't do all of the original things they said they were going to do. They fixed the problem, but it was expensive. They did work for a long time. They were very punctual.

They were absolutely wonderful. The company that did the kitchen remodel left it undone and refused to finish. Roto Rooter came and did such a professional job and it was amazing. They had to cut through a wall, but they redid some very old plumbing and made the kitchen functional.

Money Goughing Plumber in North Las Vegas, Nevada Roto Rooter located at 639 E. Brooks/ unit 209, self-proclaimed owner Chuck Wojciechowski, charged me $454.60 to install a new kitchen faucet. The receipt shows that the faucet cost him $46.95 ( a real cheapo!) which means that good old Chuck charges $403.85 for labor. This new faucet lasted 13 months and 25 days and according to good old Chuck it is already out of warranty. The original faucet lasted almost 5 years. Chuck's solution is, and I quote " Since you don't like or want this faucet, you go buy what you want and I will charge you another $100 to install it." I offered to pay for the new faucet of my choice if he would install it at no additonal cost, after all I've already been goughed for $403.85 in labor. When I asked him, and I quote," don't you think that this labor cost is a bit excessive?" he informed me that he had overhead and that it was the cost of doing business. He was loud, abrasive and unwilling to compromise in any way so I declined his offer and showed him the door. Since then I contacted a company called Rants Plumbing in Boulder City, and they only charge $69 to install a kitchen faucet. Think twice before using Roto Rooter and especially the North Las Vegas location, good old Chuck must have alot of overhead to pay!

We spent about $300 on that service. They were horrible. The first thing they did was that that they got my carpet off filthy with their machine when they came in here. They went in and did not do anything productive. When they were leaving they told my wife to dig up the septic tank if we wanted them to come back.

As I recall they showed up the same day, did the job well and left no mess. the price was outrageous.

Prompt in time, great service, had a back-up in the sewer line to street and within minutes all clear. Picked up after themselves and left no tell-tale signs they were at my home. I will use them again if I ever have a similar problem.

Not too good. There was a break in a water pipe under the kitchen floor (slab). Lange Plumbing quickly came and worked on the problem, drilling up a section of the floor and replacing the pipe. Charge $1150. The next day we left for a week. When we returned there was still a leak. We called Lange and a second plumber arrived. He came with tools and equipment that the first man did not have, and with this equipment he found the leak. This time the charge was $1685. It took two men four hours to repair this by running plastic pipe through the walls. We thought $1685 was high for this amount of work. Added to the first $1150 the total was $2800. Our State Farm Homeowners insurance did not cover this. My husband and I are both over 80, and I suspect that we are not as swift as we once were in dealing with repairmen. Perhaps this was all legitimate, but we feel that we may have been overcharged. Our friends and neighbors agree.

I felt like they were out to screw me and they were!!!

I have a 3600 sq/ft house on a single level shaped as a horseshoe and the main sewer line gets clogged every year. I have tried many other companies but Roto-Rooter's Henderson is the only company that can unclog it. They are very punctual and very nice. The crew is professional and they work very hard to solve the problem.

The estimates $ provided by the plumber for the services mentioned were unconscionable. For minimal services listed above, this particular company wanted to charge me $568 when the only thing the plumber had to do was replace the washers. I was a little weary of the plumber's estimate, hence I received two more estimates from plumbers which were rated As on the Angie's List. Both plumbers provided me estimates which were 80% less than what this company offered me (this included the service call fee of the other two companies). I am glad I received more estimates. Buyer beware! When dealing company, please obtain more price quotes and determine if one actually wants to hire this service

They were very expensive. Their service was efficient.

They did a very good job. They came out immediately when we called. I was completely satisfied with the work. The man came and did the work just as they said they would. They were very quick. They gave us some advice. They were very nice and friendly.

All 3 tech's involved were very professional. Each did their part as quickly, quietly and cleanly as they could. We look forward to the assessment of what happens next and today it is harder than ever to afford this - also we have such a nice yard, it will be sad to have to tear it up again. This will be the second time in 14 years...

Service was performed in a professional manner and the area was cleaned after work was done. price was as quoted. Very satisfying.

A few days after moving into my house, the commode started backing up. Being new to the area, I didn't know who to call. I called some local plumbers, but couldn't get a quick response. I finally thought of Roto Rooter, and gave them a call. They sent someone immediately. The gentleman was very professional and thorough. He cleaned the line very quickly.

Rep was thorough and up-front with charges. Was respectful of my home to make sure he did not make a mess. Friendly likeable guy.

Both the lady at Roto-Rooter's office and Robert Curtin, the serviceman, were friendly and congenial. She said he would arrive in 45 minutes; he was here in less than 20. As hard as he worked to open that outside drain, I never heard him grumble once. He explained the bill before we paid it--incuding the Senior Discount and 6 month guarantee. The other serviceman quoted a lower price, but I think it would have been more with the extra work of removing, cleaning the seal, adding new bolts, and replacing the toilet because of our having no useable outside cleanout. Robert also said that Roto is the only company with a 6 month guarantee on their work. That, and the kind of work and cleanup he did was worth the extra money.

When all the drains started backing up into our house, we needed help fast so we called Roto Rooter. They came out within a reasonable amount of time, confirmed that indeed it was the main sewer line, and proceeded to clear the line. What Roto Rooter failed to mention was the city of Lexington is responsible for maintaining the portion of the line where the blockage was, and we could have called the city sewer department to come do the job at no cost; but Roto Rooter did get the drains running again. Lesson learned. In a pinch, they got the job done.
