Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They didn't really fix the problem and they came back told us that it would cost $800 to really fix it and they were basically trying to do work that wasn't needed or warranted. I would not hire them again.

They charge one flat fee for that job, but don't charge if they don't do the work. They give a six month warranty for the clearing of the drain. They called before they came. I couldn't ask for it to be any better.

The gentleman from Roto Rooter arrived on time, was neat in appearance and pleasant in his manner. He worked quickly and cleaned up any water mess that was made. When we mentioned that the bill seemed a bit high, he dropped $20 off the price. I would recommend their service.

We were very pleased with them and even called them to come back another time but they were booked solid. We would recommend them to anyone because of their great service and dedications to the customers.

When I called them, they were able to come put right then. They were at my door in 20 minutes and done in 30 minutes. I was happy with the work. My kitchen sink has not been getting stopped up since the work was done. The service tech was very nice and very professional.

TERRIBLE. Within one half hour after he finished and left, the line blew out of the wall and water was everywhere! A call to the shop(this was at night around 10 oclock and they advertised 24 hour service) was fruitless as they had NO ONE to come and fix it! I had to get up early the next morning and keep calling. The repairman did not arrive until after 9 PM. Also, they could have read me the price on the phone as the repairman simply opened his price book and read it off to me - replace water line and valve! Refuse and you end up with a service charge for NOTHING - something they could quote you on the phone!

The company would have sent someone the day I called, but it wasnt an emergency so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The plumber arrived on time, called 1/2 hour before to let me know he was coming. He cleared the drain, tightened a toilet seat and left the work area clean. The original charge was $137, but he gladly took an internet coupon for $25.

Very professional! Very understanding, and they did very good work. The gentleman that did the work were very knowledgeable.

The first plumber was very arrogant. The supervisors told us he has been dismissed. The supervisors were very professional and obviously competent. The $100.00 was returned because the main drains did not need cleaning and we were right in our original assessment.

I called them to have them send someone out for an estimate. They said the estimate was going to be $39. When I received my bill the total was $39.95. They should have been up front with the total amount not just the $39.

My main plumbing line was blocked up. We had snaked the line and used a liquid drain cleaner to no avail. Roto-Rooter showed up ahead of schedule. The technician was unable to locate the main drain line (we live in a mobile home) and let me know that it would cost $175.00 to open the drain just to snake it. In the alternative, he offered $58.00 worth of "juice" to clean the drain. My husband was all for the $58.00 fix, I did not believe it would work. I caved in, and we bought the "juice". My husband used the liquid as directed. We then snaked the drain again, and re-applied the liquid. The clog is gone! There is no more back up. I am impressed with Roto-Rooter and the entire way they responded to the problem at our home.

The only problem was that one of the technicians offered to vacuum the water up from the downstairs bathroom and the lead technician refused (Julio). If the technicians would have vacuumed the water I would have given the company a better rating. Customer Service is key and going the extra mile is very important. The reason this company failed was in the cleanup and leaving water and sewage in the downstairs bathroom (yuck).

I did not like their customer service. They never showed up for the appointment. I called they said they tried to call but the line was busy. We rescheduled for the following day. I made sure I was not on the phone the next day and they still did not show up. I called and they said they could not reach me but I made sure I was not on the phone.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain did a good job on our sink. The clog was very bad and they got it fixed, but I think their prices were awfully high. I found another company that I felt more comfortable with so that is why I wouldnt hire this company again, and the price of course.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain had to tear out a part of our wall to even get to the problem. They made quick work of it and found the leak and repaired it in no time. The guy was very good to get along with and the price was reasonable. They made sure there was no mess left for me to clean up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Roto Rooter provided me with prompt customer service recently when I called due to a plugged drain. Roto Rooter came recommended to me and came within the hour of my call. I told him on the phone about the size of my home and the requirement for a longer snake. The plumber was very knowledgeable and did the work very efficiently. The work was covered by my home insurance plan.

I have to admit, I have pretty high expectations. The first time Roto Rooter came, I did not think my drains were draining as well as they had before. The drain was unclogged, but, the water did not seem to be flowing down like it should. I called them to come back a second time and they finally fixed the drain properly. I was upset because this was the second company that I called and it took two different companies to fix the drain. Well, at least it is fixed and I am satisfied now.

Roto Rooter Plumbing Service Las Vegas took care of what needed done. They didnt try to sell or charge me for something that I didnt need. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. It was a case where we were able to get them out quickly and they promptly took care of the problem. I dont want to say how much they charged me for this service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain really resolved our plumbing problems for us. They did all that they could to get us back into our home quickly after it flooded. The pipe plugged again and they didnt charge us a penny to come back out and unclog it again. That really made us want to recommend them to others.

I trust Roto - Rooter Plumbing to look after any plumbing needs I have encountered and will continue to call them in the future. My kitchen sink gave me a lot of problem before we decided to have the piping removed; each time I called the plumber was punctual and unplugged my sink. Recently they tore the old piping out to install a straight pipe to ensure less chance of the sink getting plugged as it has in the past.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain is a very good company to do business with. They knew what they were doing. They were able to get my sink unclogged in no time. I felt that they were a honest and trustworthy company.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain did such a great job that I plan to recommend them to my friends. They were able to come out the same day as my call, and the gentlemen that came out arrived in clean uniforms and were quite knowledgeable. I liked that they cleaned up well after completing the work.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain was fast. The service man was in and out, professional and cleaned up the little mess that he made. We were happy; what else can I say.
