The crew of workers they had sent out was a nice punctual bunch of guys. They were also very polite. They showed up like clock work every day and did not slack off at any time of the day. Really, I have only one complaint, and it really is not even anything to complain about. It was just some minor touch ups, and they came back and fixed it a.s.a.p. without a single hassle.

Richmond American Homes did a quality job at a very reasonable price considering all. This was our fifth home built and probably the best and most sound. The list of things we had changed or fixed on this home were very few and they wasted no time taking care of them. We were very satisfied with the quality all around.

Richmond American Homes tried to be accommodating as possible and this was a fairly smooth transaction for us with all of their help. For the price we paid and quality we got we didn't have any complaints and no major problems when we moved in. We were confident that if there was anything we wanted done they would have taken care of it right away.

Richmond American Homes really ripped me off building our home. I felt they used unqualified workers in every aspect of our home. We really just couldn't believe how terrible they were. We thought a student could have done better. There were problems everywhere and they just didn't care.

We are pleased with our new home and, although we've had a few minor issues since it was built, Richmond American has addressed any problems we've had. They also had the landscaping done.

Richmond American Homes did a wonderful job on our home. It was really built well. They really care about their customers. We did have a problem with our roof as there was a slight defect in the laying of the tar paper and they sent someone right away to repair it. I like their quick response time and their attention to detail.

Richmond American did a pretty good job, for a reasonable price. We only had minor touch-up issues afterwards which they quickly came out and fixed. They had also installed landscaping, and a driveway.

Richmond American Homes was very considerate and professional while building our home. We loved the work that they did for us. We would not change a thing about our home and I would make these same comments to anyone.
