First of all they didn't show until 10am daily. They left by 2 pm each day telling me he had to pick up his daughter. They advertise 7am to 5 pm daily hours. They also advertise a local address when in fact they are from Boulder City an hour and a half from our home. They failed to disclose this information until they were late to work on the first day. They underbid the job to get it then expected us to pay for all their needs sealant for the floor we had to rent the buffer because they didn't have one as part of their equipment and couldn't rent it on their own. Then on the last day they cleansed the floors with plain water after they had sanded and they failed to rinse and change the water and therefore left the floor dirty with grit. Then they sloshed sealant on the floor and sort of swished it around with a mop. They locked up the house and told me I couldn't walk on it until the next day. The next day the floors had dried dirty and had milky looking patches where he hadn't mopped properly. Also the holes had been filled with grout instead of the epoxy we had gotten for that purpose. Finally in the last day Eric spent all afternoon complaining about my brother and saying he was cheating him out of money. When it had been clear in his contract that we were only supplying the tile and that his bid was to include all other materials and equipment needed. When he didn't show up with the appropriate materials and equipment my brother deducted about 100.00 to cover the cost of equipment rental and materials he failed to bring to the job. Then when I kept telling them that the floor looked dirty they just kept telling me it is not supposed to be shiny. They rushed the clean up and finishing process because they didn't want to come back another day. Do not in any way shape or form recommend this company.
