I called them up, using your booklet. The timing was great. He came within the hour I called. He then took out his equipment from the truck and proceeded to clear the toilet bowl. Took only about 5 minutes and the toilet bowl was clear.

A plummer named Junior showed up and gave us a reasonable estimate so we decided to have him do the work. The job was completed in a timely manner, we are very satisfied with the plummer's performance, appearance and professionalism. We are very satisfied with the work done on our home.

I called in the morning and they were able to send out a tech in the afternoon. Jim showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. He replaced the valves under my laundry room sink and re-positioned the sink so that the trap fit better as well. He also checked my hot water lines to see about putting in a re-circulation pump and gave me a bid. I would definately use this company again ( more than likely for the circulation pump).

Went well but had to be recalled in a week & he fixed it without charge.

The supervisor showed up on time in to give me an estimate. I was able to get an appointment in the same day, which I like. He showed up with his private truck and no uniform on him. He did not introduce himself. It was hard to identify that he worked for rakeman and he was busy on his personal phone several times, so we got interrupted a few times. He should have not answer his phone while he was on duty. I had a feeling that this guy is something else, a bit snobby I would say. He reassured that this is a hot water leak and give me an estimate. I mentioned Angie's list discount. He gave me 10% off, but still more pricey than his competitors. So I told him I still have another estimate.

Junior arrived on time, was courteous and extremely efficient. I explained the problem we were having and with sediment in our water and he knew immediately that we needed to drain the water heater. He showed me what he was doing so we could do this ourselves in the future. While the heater was draining he cleared the drain line for the dishwasher. This is the first time the dishwasher has worked properly. I will definitely call Rakeman again and would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

The installer arrived as scheduled. He answered most of my questions. The new unit is working fine. I had a few concerns following the installation, which were immediately addressed and rectified to my satisfaction. Note about the price: Rakeman's cost for the service is competitive with other vendors.

It was a nightmare. The plumber said he would have to put hole in wall to install hammer resistor. but he said they do not do drywall repair. I said No. So he asked where the main water shut off was located. He proceeded to the shut off and started to adjust it. It started to leak. This went on for about an hour. Lots of contact with the supers at the office , because i was very upset. He had to replace the valve. After he left I had no water pressure. Called the office. they would send out the same guy. I said no. Meanwhile I called Anytime plumbing. Jared came out right away. He immediately saw the problem. The valve was installed upside down. He reinstalled the valve at no charge. Bless him. Then the pilot was out on the water heater, which was next to the valve. Called Rakeman to relight at not cost to me. They obliged.

A technician was available within an hour of my call. Tommy was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed what types of fittings to use and he gave me knowledgeable advice. He was also able to do the work with negligible damage to my stucco. The price seemed exorbitant to me, but the work was quality as well as providing some advice regarding other projects. Hindsight I could have done this job myself for about 20 bucks, but live and learn.

Team was on time, on budget. Have used them several times and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I ended up re-using Rakeman Plumbing which I originally got from Angie's List previously and they did a great job so I used them again. I've used them for five times now. They always show up when they were supposed to show up, always did the work that I asked them to do and the charges were what I consider to be reasonable. Obviously, they're good enough that I called them back and used them again. I'm willing to pay a little bit more if the work is exceptional, it's prompt and everything else, in other words, I'm willing to pay the premium for good work. Their rates aren't what I call a steal bargain but they're not bad at all, you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn't call them cheap, I'd call them a good value.I called them in the morning and they were there in the afternoon early. My brother was there by 4pm and the problem was gone, I can't ask for much more that that. I will absolutely use them again.

I called the dispatcher after the pipe started gushing water. I was in a panic and the dispatcher walked me through turning off the water ( yes, I am clueless!) She was very patient and had a plumber here promptly and even reminded me to print the 15% coupon. Junior arrived quickly. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. In no time had the pipe fixed and we had running water!!!!

The plumber Corky was very friendly and professional. He completed the work very quickly and cleaned up the entire area. I have used RAKEMAN PLUMBING numerous times in the past and always have had a positive experience.

We received a frantic call from our tenant that water was spewing from the hot water tank in the garage. The tenant wanted to call 9-1-1 because he had no idea what to do. My husband told him how to turn off the gas and water while I went online to Angie's list. Rakeman's Plumbing had an A rating so I called them first. I was told the base price for tank replacement, and what things might raise the cost, such as various fittings. I was impressed with the open and organized spiel given by the office manager, and didn't check with any competitors. Rakeman took my credit card number and immediately sent a plumber to our house. Within a couple hours of our tenant's call, the new tank was installed and functioning. My credit card was charged $950 - the same price I had been quoted. Last night I left a message with Rakeman's that I had not yet received a receipt, and asking if I had been credited with my Angie's list discount. Eileen, the office manager, returned my call this morning to say she was crediting me with $50 Angie discount and would email the itemized receipt right away. She did so.

Where honest and didn't charge me. Can't get much better. Told me the pipe was fine.

Rocky, the supervisor for the job was here the day after I called to give a quote. He was very clear about the work and the pricing. His crew came in the next day and did great work! I would definitely use them again.

The plumbers name was Jim, he went right to work. Within 45 mins. Had the old out and the new in. He was very polite, clean, and did a great job. I called at 1:00am and they were there at 4:00. The price included the disposal 500 And the electric cord and plug (the disposal does not come with the cord), the price was the same as H.D.

They were fantastic. They were punctual.

The plumber they sent out was named Corky. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. He did wonderful work. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Rakeman Plumbing in the future.

At 6 o'clock that evening there were three more leaks in the same pipe they repaired earlier that day.had They should've noticed the weak spots and replaced the entire pipe not a section of it I had to pay for them to return a second time, the man on call in the evening was at my home until 11:30PM. He was very nice but the whole incident could've been prevented if they had attended to it earlier

Went great. Responded quickly and performed the work fast and efficiently.

We thought about it and this week I decided to call again and get under the sink done, that way the kitchen would be done so called Rakeman and requested Tommy again cause we know his work. We have lived in Las Vegas for 35 years and know a good worker and Tommy is the best plumber ever!!! Now we are happy campers and the kitchen sink and under the sink is all fixed right.
