Description of Work: Called about a toilet backup but when they got there it had cleared itself but they charged me anyway even tho they did nothing.

Description of Work: We were out of town and my Mother's sewer line collapsed by the street. Since we had successfully used Rakeman before in an emergency we called them again. By the time we got home ,3 days later, everything had already been dug up and replaced and the bill was approx. $1000 less than originally quoted. My Mother is elderly and they have always responded quickly to her needs in the past and at a fair price. I am a retired contractor and I feel comfortable that I get a REAL Plumber when I call them. Beware of some of these "underground camera rip-off artists"

Description of Work: Excellent, Very Good; Rakeman sent a Inspector to my house, to determine if the hot and cold water pipes, need to be replaced. They do not, both hot and cold water pipes are very good.

Description of Work: No one ever gets an "expected" flood in their bathroom. We were out of the house for 15 minutes and came home to 2 inches of water in the bathroom. Cleaned up and hubby tried to fix it. He called a buddy and still had floods. I called and spoke with Dawn. She was pleasant and very helpful. She asked if this was an emergency. Well to me it was but we do have 2 bathrooms so we could wait if we had to. She asked what the problem was and I told her we thought it needed to be snaked. She then tells me she can have someone out in about an hour. AND SHE DID!! | |Tommy was great. Super thorough and helpful and gave us some tips to help prevent the line from getting clogged again. He found the stoppage at about 15 ft out, then continued on to the curb just to be sure there was nothing else. | |Friendly, professional and they made what had the potential of being a nightmare a pleasant experience!

Description of Work: Came out to unplug a toilet. Kind of an easy job but I had just had surgery and was in no position to do it myself. They came on time, didn't talk down to us, explained the problem, and fixed it right away.

Description of Work: took out old water heater and installed a new one - did some minor repairs, put a pan under new heater which was absent from old heater and provided me with some maintenance info so i can try to prolong the life of the new heater - i have used Rakeman Plumbing for several jobs over the last 2 years and they are top notch - i have no reason to call anyone else for plumbing issues.

Description of Work: They installed a hot water loop for me so I could have a softener system installed. They had to cancel the first appt at the last minute but were punctual when rescheduled. The work was done well (to my knowledge) and they came back to tighten the fightings when I called with concern that one of the tubes seemed too have shifted slightly. They were very knowledgeable. I chose not to use them to purchase and install my softener system only because I had a different system with a better warranty picked out, though they did offer competitive pricing. Overall it was a positive experience, the free quote, knowledge and friendliness of the technician made the experience one I would be willing to repeat.

Description of Work: I used Rakeman because they know tankless water heaters. They charged a huge trip fee to travel to my home in Mt Charleston, but they knew what they were doing with my 2 Bosch tankless water heaters.

Description of Work: Water was turned off because Angle Stop on bathroom toilet was broken. There were other parts that needed to be replaced so I had most of the parts replaced. I;ve used Rakeman Plumbing before and have never had a technician that I did not like. Will use them again for any plumbing problems.

Description of Work: They installed two extra hose bibs for a misting system. |They showed up on time, had all the materials they needed and completed it quickly with no problems. Very easy and pain free encounter. The gentleman was very friendly and professional.
