They did good work but their prices were too high. We had a good experience with them in the past and they do good work. They are very responsive if we have an emergency problem, the crews are professional, and the quality of their work is good. I've been able to find better contractors.

Todd Leroux, Superintendent, came for a walk-through in October to review what was/was not covered in the legal settlement. He showed us where possible holes would need to be made - in a worst-case scenario - and what things we would need to clear out for access to do the work. After the walk-through, we scheduled a time that was good for both of us. On the first day of work, the plumbers arrived earlier than scheduled (7:15 a.m. vs. 8 a.m.). Joaquin was their lead plumber. All workers started in, working quickly and efficiently throughout the day...we didn't know when they took lunch or bathroom breaks! We were without water for only 8 hours of the 6-day project. When exposing the wall, our interior phone line was cut. They got an electrician out the same day for repairs. The actual plumbing work was completed the first day. Day 2, work started in the early afternoon as City of Henderson inspectors had to sign off on Day 1 work (no problems there). The two drywall people worked diligently to replace the drywall that had been removed for plumbing installation. We had to ask them to leave at 7:15 p.m. due to an appointment; otherwise, they would have continued to work into the evening. Day 3, the drywall workers returned and finished patching the walls. Day 4 Cesar the painter arrived and quickly set up protection to flooring and walls, with 85% of painting completed. Day 5 painting was finished. Todd and Joaquin returned to connect our washer and dryer to test that they were working - no problems. Day 6 Rakeman sent in a cleaning crew to do a full-clean of the house - something that was a pleasant surprise to us! Todd would stop by daily to check on the progress. We were very pleased with the excellent work ethic of all Rakeman's team. We have not had any leaks or problems since then, with a 25-year warranty on parts and labor. I would highly recommend their team for Kitec replumb, and will use Rakeman for other plumbing needs in the future.

This was quite a nightmare for us, as within 2-3 hours after the completed the job, we could hear the leak again. It was night time then so we turned off the water and called them in the morning. The plumber who did the job was on another job and came back in the afternoon after completeing his work there. He found the leak right away and a was near the pipe that had the first leak & had been capped off. He said it had probably been caused from their welding torch and they would repair it with no cost to us. We were extremely anxious about this 2nd leak, fearing we were looking at paying a 2nd price for repair. The honesty of this company was most refreshing to us and from our experience very refreshing. We deal with so many service Co' that try to rip us off. So our rating for this company is a big A.

You know, trying to get this sink and disposal in was a mess. I was told two different amounts, both absolute ridiculous amounts. Finally I found Rakeman. He was very nice about explaining that I DIDN'T need what these two other guys said I needed to get the job done. He was clear in his explanations, and while he was working on it, he saw other little things that needed done and he did them without charging me a huge amount. I felt I got a good deal with them.

Even though it took 3 days instead of the estimated 2 days, Rakeman did a really good job laying the line under my sidewalk and yard. The quality of the overall job was excellent in that they cleaned up well and replaced all the ground they had to tear up.

The guy was late to begin with. The first day he came he checked things out and said he needed to realign a new overflow line that was about 14 foot long. This was not expected and ended up causing me to be without hot water for two days. He left and said he had to go get some piping and things and never came back until the next day. I was not a happy person, especially after seeing the bill. All I planned on was the $67.00 heater bill and no extras. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Rakeman Plumbing also sells water heaters so even though I didn't purchase the system from them; they were still willing to install it; that impressed me. They came highly recommended to me by my neighbor. Other companies may be cheaper but with them I knew the job would get done right. They forgot our old water heater but sent someone right out to grab it when I called at no extra cost to me.

Rakeman Plumbing did a very good job for us. They were very prompt at getting out here when we called and they explained everything as to why they had to replace the whole system. We were happy with them and if anyone wants to know their prices they can call the company.

Rakeman Plumbing has done a few things for me since I moved into the neighborhood and they always charge fair prices. I had a couple of leaky faucets in the bathroom and Corky was great to get the drip stopped by replacing some inside parts in the fixtures. I had a garbage disposal installed by them as well as another faucet replaced and they do excellent work. The company is professional with fair prices and I will call them for my entire home plumbing needs.

Rakeman Plumbing sent out a crew that seemed to be very disrespectful at times, and would not listen. We had to have them send someone else out and they got the repairs done correctly. After 4 years of my toilet backing up they eventually found the problem. We also had them replace a faucet in the bathroom.
