Rafael Lawn Maintenance

I am very pleased with the service. Rafael was the only person to contact me by phone concerning the job. He arrived on the set time. He and his crew were efficient and fast. They removed the tree, restored the ground and cleaned the jobsite. I would highly recommend him and I will hire again for future jobs.

Came to provide a quote for yard work. We agreed on a price and scope of work. Advised he would be on-site 7/17. He was a no-show with no call. Very disappointed experience.

Rafael gave me an estimate for twice the going rate($280). We then agreed on a price($200). Still slightly high but I figured he would do the job right away like I requested before he came to my house, only to make me wait a week and then not show. Complete waste of time.

He responded to my request for an estimate on the same day and came to the house that afternoon. He was able to do the work only a couple of days later. I was satisifed with the work and the price. I hired him to do weekly maintenance.

Rafael and his crew did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them, they were very professional and performed the job exactly as requested and will be coming back twice a month from now on for regular maintenance,

The initial cleanups were done whereas tree trimming both from and back were completed.

On Sunday our gardner let us know he could no longer do our yard work due to someone stealing all his law equipment. We got on Annie's List and sent requests out to numerous landscape companies immediately. Rafael was the first to respond that same day. He came out on Monday, gave us an estimate and even mowed our lawn, trimmed and cleaned up. Rafael and his crew did a beautiful job. They will be out every week not only to do our lawn but also occasionally trimming our shrubs, roses and trees.

He is dependable and is always on time. I like that he is flexible when needed and knows how to work our old sprinkler timer system. We would highly recommend him for lawn maintenance.

Just had him out for a quote. Think when he seen the house and the size of the yard he double his price from any service i have ever had before. Don't like being taken advantage of for that. :( Other than that, what I could tell is that he was professional and on time.

We had a landscape remodeling done last year and since that vendor does not offer regular maintenance service, I thought I could do the upkeep myself... Wrong. So, earlier this month, I requested a bid from three lawn maintenance services. Rafael got back to me quickly and we set up a time for him to come out, take a look at our yards, and provide a bid. He toured the property and gave me a price for the clean up, which I thought was very fair. Rafael and his co-worker came back the following week for the clean-up and did an outstanding job. After they were done, Rafael had me do a walk-through to review the work and everything looked great. Rafael now provides us with regular bi-weekly maintenance service. Both my wife and I are very happy with Rafael's service and would highly recommend him to others.

Rafael has done an amazing job so far, maintaining our lawn and landscaping. He has cleaned out a flower garden and area of flowering bushes that our former landscaper did not do in years! He always arrives to work when we are scheduled. He was not the cheapest estimate we got for the job but we have found his service is well worth the cost.

Rafael and his crew arrived on time at 7 am, and were done pretty quickly. I would say about 1.5 hours to do our 0.25 acre lot. We had lots of accumulated leaves from the winter and also trimmings. The end result is clean and quite excellent. They did not over-trim, which is a tendency for most services. The oleanders look really nice and not "chopped off," and the same is true for the ornamental grass bushes.They also did front and back patio, entry and walk areas. All trimmings and leaves were carried out. I like my yard again!

The job went well, Rafael was punctured and knowledgeable and skilled! I'll certainly use his services again in the future if needed and will recommend him to others.

I hire Rafael for more than 10 years. He always prompt to responds my requests for all these years. He does a great jobs on mow and blow, but I wish he can trim the shrubs and bushes more aggressively.

Rafael is amazing. He has literally been a one stop shop for keeping our lawn looking great. He identifies problem spots. He re-seeds when necessary. He fixes issues with our sprinkler system when it breaks, and he adjusts the watering schedule for us as the seasons change. Our lawn has never looked better, and we no longer receive the occasional pesky homeowners association letters!

We've used his service on a weekly basis for several years, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Rafael is great. We've been using his services since we moved into our house in April 2016 after seeing his crew working our neighbor's house. He and his crew do a great job taking care of our small lawn (grass patch) and larger yard. We have several large trees that drop seeds, flowers, and thorns. They take a blower to the yard and keep the grass and bushes trimmed. Manage the irrigation system. Rafael is easy to talk to and always available for questions. We have quite a few projects around the yard in addition to the maintenance. He is quick with a quote, offers great value and is fine with our timelines. Sometimes we jump on it, sometimes we may take a month or two to manage expenses. No problem for him. HIs crew is always professional and friendly. Just installed new drip lines throughout a quarter acre backyard and we're very happy. I would highly recommend Rafael's Lawn Service to anyone with a landscaping project or in need of regular maintenance.

He is extremely reliable, does excellent work, and has reasonable rates. He does everything from lawn care, to tree and shrub cutting/trimming, and works on my sprinklers and drip feeders. You can't go wrong with Rafael!

He is a great guy and a good worker. I don't have to tell him anything, he just comes out and gets to work. I don't even have to be there to trust that he will do a great job every time. He requires no supervision at all, he is very independent and knows exactly what he's doing. He also does general maintenance, like plumbing etc.

Very well. He's very fast, neat and willing to do those extra little things.

He is wonderful, does a great job. He mows, edges, trims bushes and blows away all debris. He shows up on time every time, he has never missed an appointment. Check sprinkler system and makes sure timing are functioning and set properly. He will do tree trimming, fertilizing, irrigation repairs. He is affordable, polite, detail oriented, ethical. Just wonderful.

Excellent, wonderful. Very affordable. Able to get me scheduled quickly as well. It was beautiful. Did such a good job cleaning up, you couldn't even tell he was there.
