Description of Work: I had them perform a lift and reset for the tile portion of the roof, replace the asphalt shingles on the a/c walkway on the back portion of the roof and rebuild and replace the roof on the patio cover. The end result turned out great. It looks better than when the house was first built over 30 years ago. It was completed on time at the price quoted. Several inches of rain have fallen since the roof was completed with no leaks. Very pleased

Description of Work: Replaced leaky roof on our enclosed porch. The matched the tiles as best they could. It is a family owned company and everyone was friendly and did their job well. No leaks and no more worry. Cannot remember the exact date so it may vary from what is on my review. |

They even worked through the weekend. At the end of everyday they did a good job of cleaning up. They were well priced and offered a good warranty.

They worked carefully to ensure that it was installed properly by inspecting each phase of the project such as flashing, before moving on to the next. I appreciated this as the old roof had not been done properly by the builder. I felt they gave me a fair quote as others were nearly double the cost. They also gave me a five to ten year warranty.

The companies employees worked very hard the whole time and knew what they were doing. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

+ -1 morePrestige Roofing did quick work as it only took about three days to complete our roof. They used high quality shingles and cleaned up their mess very well when they were done. We liked that they had an inspector check over their work and then also asked us for our approval of their work. They called a few months afterward to check up on things, however, we have not had any problems and if we ever do feel confident that they would fix them.
Description of Work: They removed our old roof and installed a new one on our 165 square foot home.
