Description of Work: Great service..Scott called back within 5 minutes ( @ 8:00am on a Sunday ) and Jose was there at about 10 am...Great guy, worked quickly and professionally, checking some other minor problems...would HIGHLY recommend Only problem was with Angie's List coupon...Water heater was $775 on sale at $675 installed from MC Plumbing's website...Angie's List also had a $100 off coupon for water heater replacement, but Scott said the $675 price was the price and didn't know why Angie's List had their coupon offer, so it was $100 more than I thought it would have been

Description of Work: $100.00 for two hours of any type of plumbing service. The serviceman showed up on time and did about 5 different minor plumbing fixes that needed repairs ie. leaky faucets and toilets change the fushing mechanism in one toilet too.

Description of Work: We are grateful that Jose came out late on a Sunday night, no less, to look over the problem and advise us on what needed to be done. He did an excellent job repairing our water main. Thanks so much.

Description of Work: The deal was for sewer rodding/drain cleaning with free sewer televising. The technician did the sewer televising showing me that there was some standing water, but it is probably only due to a flat spot in the drain. He put his equipment in the truck and locked it up. I asked him about the rodding (which I thought should be done first). He said that he was only told about the televising. I showed him my confirmation paper and he went ahead and performed the rodding. He was pleasant and professional during the entire operation, but I would have preferred to have the rodding done first and then see what the sewer pipe looks like.

Description of Work: The problem I experienced was that I did not know how much plumbing a person could expect to receive for $200. In fact, I still don't (I guess) so I don't know how to evaluate the overall experience with this company. I had a bathroom sink faucet and drain replaced and a dishwasher unplugged. In addition to the $99 I paid for the voucher (worth $200) I paid the service man $120. this would bring the total bill to $320. The plumber was there less than an hour and the cost didn't include any parts. I don't know if this was a fair price but the result of the work was fine and the service person very professional and friendly. If you know the regular cost of plumbing for these services you can judge for yourself. But the work was fine.

Description of Work: Installed all new pipes under the kitchen sink as the pipe leading to the outside line was completely blocked. The service man arrived at my home at 9:00 am and worked until 12:30 pm. All work was performed in a very professional manner

Description of Work: I called them at 9AM & he said sure he could replace my water heater & he would be there at 11:00AM. I assumed it would be the next day & was grateful for that but he meant that day 2 hrs. later & get this he called when he was on the way just to let me know he was on the way. I had all kinds of bids even one guy wanted me to buy the heater myself & slep it to my place & he would install. Even doing that his labor costs were more than total costs of MC Plumbing. He performed the task at hand & cleaned up after himself as replacement can be a messy proposition.

Description of Work: Our house plumbing system had a leak under the slab. MC Plumbing responded quickly, repiped both the hot and cold water and did all associated repairs in 4 days including replacing wall board cut outs, texturing & re-painting. The entire house looked just the same after the repairs as it did before, showing no evidence of the repiping project. We were able to live in the house the whole time and were without water only the first day for less than 12 hours! They answered my many questions without hesitation. The quality of work was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I had to have a water heater replaced because it was leaking. My tenant did not discover the leak for some time so there was extedamage done to the area, MC Plumbing replaced the water heater and had another contractor call me to repair the water damage

Description of Work: we had no hot in the master shower. The plumber came in, spent four minutes and charged us $140 after the Agie discount of 15%. Rather pricey!!!

Description of Work: We had a toilet that didn't stop flushing. I called MC Plumber from work and they said they'd send someone out to give an estimate that evening. He came and told us all the toilet mechanisms (there are three toilets in the house) should be replaced. In addition, we needed to replace the connection between the kitchen faucet and the water line. The original builder used a plastic valve and it was stuck. The plumber gave us a price of $700 and change, but the Angie's List discount coupon brought it down to $628. The work was well done and I was very satisfied, especially since I had to call him back because the new kitchen faucet stopped working. He checked and said there was a defective part. We replaced the part and all was well. I'd definitely use this plumbing service again. They were good!

Description of Work: Hot water heater started to leak. Checked Angie's list for a plumber. MC Plumbing came up so I called and I told him I had a 50 gal. water heater that was leaking. He said their 40 gallon heater was on sale. He quoted a price of $724.00 which I thought was rather high but then everything in Las Vegas seems to be over priced. He also said he could be here in an hour and a half. They where an hour and a half longer then that which was no problem. The repair man installed a replacement 50 gal heater. I asked if I could use the coupon and was told this one was on sale. According to the coupon on Angie's list that coupon could not be used if item was on sale. Other than the price I am satisfied.

Description of Work: I am President of a HOA and subscribe to your service personally.On or about 8/13 I contacted MC Plumbing and received a quote for a 20 ft. water service replacement. Initially it was $2040 but he agreed to do the work for $1400.00, thus giving us a generous discount.They started and I left for approximately 3 hours. During that time his man could not locate the water valve to which he was to connect and decided that a repair rather than a replacement was in order. They contacted our Association Manager and obtained the go ahead without disclosing the amount they would charge. Ultimately they billed usan outrageous price of $ *75.00 for work which we can normally get done for $350 -$400. When I called him and informed the owner that I was furious he and that I would give him a lousy rating on Angie's List he threatened not to honor your coupon for a 15% discount. The least I expected was to get a proportionate discount on the work that was actually performed.We did pay his bill less the 15% Coupon. Karl D. Wiedemann

Description of Work: We had no hot water; and after my husband relit the pilot light and still got no hot water, I turned to Angie's List, as I do for all my service needs. I selected MC Plumbing because of the many good reports. I called them at 4:30 PM and asked them to come out the following morning (although they were willing to come out that evening.) They gave me a window of 8 am to 10 am. Saul arrived at 8:30. He listened to my problem. I explained that the water heater was only 4 years old. He took a look, told me what was wrong & how much, including labor, it would cost. I signed off on the estimate and he went to work. 20 minutes later, he was done. Saul was professional, kindly explaining everything to me. He is definitely an asset to this company. Note: I gave this company an A for the price, but I don't really know if it was a good price or not. as I have no experience with this kind of thing. It seemed like a fair amount to me to get the hot water back on.

Description of Work: on oct 18th, i called to arrange an estimate on my only day off, fri nov 5th. i was told someone would arrive between 10-12pm. I called to confirm around 11am when I had not heard from them and was told the plumber was fixing an emergency water leak, but the plumber would be at my home by 1pm. at 1pm i called back and was told the plumber was still at the emergency and could we reschedule. I agreed to the following sat, nov 13 at 12pm. the plumber never arrived and i did not receive a call.

Description of Work: I called and spoke with Marc earlier in the week to get a quote on installing a toilet. Also get some information on what to get. Obtain a toilet and call on a Saturday to set up installation during the week. Marc called back 10-15 minutes later and said he could be there in 1 hour. One hour later Marc was there. Less than an hour later the toilet was in, and the old one was gone.
