The plumber was a half hour late and didn't call to let us know ( not a big deal ). The plumber informed my mother in law she should get a different water filtration system other than her salt water softener. A system that estimated for thousands of dollars. He was nice and very informative. He accessed the issue and said he would return the next day with the parts and complete the repair. The estimate was 475.00. I thought he was replacing all three faucets ( my wife was there during both visits, I wasn't ) The next day he returned and did the repair. it took him all of 15 minutes to do this. When I got there he was gone and they showed me the bill. After it all sunk in I couldn't believe how much the total was for 15 minutes of work. Granted they made two trips and had to get parts. I researched the parts at a total cost of approx. $45.00 We paid for most of the cost as my mother in law is on a fixed income. So I emailed them and asked why the cost was so high to replace three faucet stems. I was told how professional they were and their prices were high because and I quote directly " what you don't see is the 2 hours for him to track down parts and drive time to do so. " I was also told and once again I quote " I don't claim to be the cheapest plumber we claim to be the best and stand by our work. " When they did the work the faucet in the third bathroom squeaks really really loudly and the one in the second bathroom still leaks. Personally I wouldn't use them again. I feel the price was way too high and the quality ....seeing the leaking , loud squeaky faucet handles....wasn't what they claimed. I'm sure many might disagree and I see good reviews from many and for that I am glad. Im just presenting facts. I guess I'm a little biased and protective of my mother in law.

Finding the sewer drain line (digging) took a little time, but was successful.

I chose my own Moen Deck Mount from Home Depot and then chose MC Plumbing to install it. This is a tough job and Fernando rose to the occasion. He worked really hard with all of the required parts that I provided him. I also had a ton of questions and he was very patient and informative in answering all of them. Based on his responses, I could tell that he is a higher level plumber.The only thing he could of done better was cleaning up as there was a lot of debris left on the floor near the tub. He also dumped a lot of stuff into the toilet and flushed it which caused a stain around the inner bowl. After he left I cleaned up the floor debris and scrubbed the toilet with Clorox toilet bowl cleaner. This was not that big a deal but little things do make a difference. Overall, I was happy with the job though. After more than four months since the installation, the deck mount works great and fills the tub rapidly. I love the access panel that was neatly caulked. This will enable me to get into the area if there is ever a future problem or I ever want to replace the deck mount. I don't anticipate that this will happen but it is nice to be able to get in there if I need to.

Hanz basically removed the connectors, set the water heater down and then put it in the van. Hanz explained to me that there could have been two reasons for the water heater failing: bad Clark County water, a poorly manufactured water heater or a combination of both. I believe it is just another poorly manufactured water heater because none of my neighbors are having water heater problems where they have to replace every 1-3 years like I am. I had this unit flushed just ten months after it was installed and it couldn't last past the one year mark. Hanz even stated that compared to the past, the current ones being manufactured are all low quality regardless of the brand. I am sick of these tank water heaters that constantly fail. They cost me not only money, but wasted time. Hanz explained the tankless alternative that leak less and gave me some basic features of two brands. But I would like to know a lot more than the basics if I am going to spend $4,000 - $5,000. It was kind of hard for me to understand Hanz due to his accent and fast talking style, so I had to ask him to repeat things multiple times. He gave me some good basic information to start. I clicked "no" under "Would you hire again?" but what I really mean here is that I am **not sure** if I will hire MC Plumbing for my future water heating needs. I owe it to myself to investigate multiple plumbers to see who competes the best to earn my business for such a large investment. This will take a lot of time as price is only one of many factors behind the decision that I will make. I also have to take into account the brand, the pros and cons of the particular unit, the plumbing company that will do the work and whether or not they are an authorized service provider for the particular brand that I end up choosing.

Dan came over for a quote and was available right then to fix the gas pipe so our new stove can be installed. They are very nice, punctual and have comparable prices. I'm very happy with their work.

While talking it over, they suggested that I have it done by my home warranty, that it would be less expensive, being disability retired on a fixed income I thought that was really great of them. Good people.

I called this morning as my hot water tank was not working ... by 2 PM I had a new hot water tank installed and again have hot water. I've used MC Plumbing before and I will use them again. Excellent service!

Working with Dan is great! He is an honest plumber which I appreciate.

Dan worked really hard doing the main job of replacing my washer bib. The majority of his time at my home was spent on this. I then decided that my toilet need an angle stop and flex line replacement since the old one was more than 17 years old. That job comprised $185 of the total price so it seemed excessive considering it only took 10 minutes. I could have done this myself but my right thumb was hurting which would have made it painful for me to do. So I accepted the high price to avoid further pain and have a better toilet connection (which will prevent future leaks). The water heater flush also seemed a little high, but I would rather it be on record that MC Plumbing performed it so there is proof that the heater has been properly maintained. I have to give full credit to Dan. He physically worked hard while at my home as plumbing requires a lot of grunt work in tight quarters. I appreciated his effort. I like MC Plumbing's paperless, email-based invoice and appointment scheduling system. This gives me a pdf file documentation of the appointment and work performed so I can save it into my filing system for my records.

Technicians were very professional, on time for both occurrences and did excellent jobs.

I called on a Saturday morning and left a message (message says they will call back in 15 min), they called back in 10 minutes. While on the phone with the scheduler I received a text with the workman name and scheduled time. He called ahead of his arrival, isolated the issue (leak from shower drain), performed the work (replaced piping and drain), cleaned up and completed the work within a few hours. They do not perform the drywall patching but they do have company recommendation for drywall work if needed. I have a handyman so the recommendations were not needed.

MC replaced some pipes and fixed the problem, flawlessly. The worker then easily replaced the new faucet. This was a few weeks ago and the pipes and faucet are still solid. Affordable, professional, and a little off-beat. Two jobs, both done well.

Was told the time would be 10AM and it's now 1::30...no call no show! I called the Owner and his disorganized office staff three times and spoke my perfect English to them. How they get new business is a mystery to me.

Tried to repair, but found reverse threads for replacement part needed. Therefore price went up to replace entire module from $100 part to $450 module. Or entire water heater $900, which I did. BUT... did I see reverse thread?:NO; Did he really speak to someone about module?: ?. Was it all Show & Tell to get me to replace water heater? Hmmm But I thought would could have been an $85 job, a fair price, $900 for new one...

Based on the recommendation of Angie's List, I was happy to call on MC Plumbing bur I was very disappointed with the results.

The service was fantastic; the technician, Eric Guerin, showed up an hour earlier and demonstrated a very professional and knowledgeable character. Since I already had garbage disposal available, Eric didn't have to expend time to purchase a disposal. He immediately got to work with the leaking pipe and disposal removal. He is a friendly and great person to talk with since both of us were military veterans with something in common. In all, the repairs on the pipe, removal and replacement of disposal, cleaning up the work area and ensuring disposal was functional took less than an hour. I was happy with Eric awesome work as well as his customer care abilities. M.C. Plumbing will be my go to plumbers for future jobs. I would recommend Eric and M.C. Plumbing to anyone whose needs professional plumbers.

We had used MC Plumbing for a minor bathroom leak before and was happy with their flexibility and price. Therefore, we had no hesitation using them again when our water heater was broken. However, after this experience, we will never use them again! The technician quoted us a price of $2300 to purchase and install a new heater, which seemed really high but we were told the condo required a special water heater to explain the price. Unfortunately, the necessity to get the done quickly (to give our tenant heat and hot water) precluded us from shopping around without sending other people out which would delay the process even more. The day before the install we called the office to go over the numbers and found out there might be a problem with our venting system which would cost even more money not originally quoted. This problem was never mentioned by the technician when the diagnosis was made days earlier. Despite this, we decided to move forward. The morning of the install, the technician calls us again to say the venting system does need to be redone and that they may have to cut a hole in the exterior of the building to compensate for the new system. When asked why this was never mentioned before as a possibility, the technician said they called the manufacturer days earlier and was told the new heater was an inch taller but it should work. So now I have MC plumbing at the unit with a water heater I have all ready purchased (which they knew ahead time was taller), and they are telling me I need to spend extra money for the venting system and possible money to repair the wall once a hole is made. My problem with this is the technician was sent out for a quote days earlier and never mentioned any of this until the install, so it feels like a coverup for their mistake of not knowing the products they use. As much as I wanted to stop the process, I couldn't start over now so we gave the green light for the install. 2 hours later and water heater installed, we are being charged $2700 with the recommendation afterwards to replace "corroded valves" for an additional $800. After all was done, I called the office to voice my concern about how the situation was handled and to find out more about these "corroded valves". The head honcho knew I was very upset and even said it bothered him I was so dissatisfied because they pride themselves on repeat customers. However, at no time did he ask me what he could do to reknew my faith in their company after I just paid them $2700. So then I asked about the necessity to replace these corroded valves as I had just paid a lot of money for a water heater and didn't want to ruin my new investment. He said he would need to check with the technician since he saw them directly and would get back to me. I am still waiting to hear from MC plumbing and its been a week.

Price was way better then other two companies quote. Best bang for my money. Everything went smooth. Techs were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

As stated in the previous Description of the work completed, MC Plumbing LLC did a great job (again!!!). :-)

Dan came out and had to expose the pipe under the concrete to find the leak. What I appreciated was that he followed the line of the pipe and only exposed what was necessary to find the leak and repair it. They were prompt and efficient and we would hire them again.

We made the appointment a week ahead of time to match a time we would be in town. Dan called ahead of time and then showed up exactly on time. He fixed the identified problems, answered all of my questions and explained all the devices in the house that I was not familiar with, like the water osmosis system. He also identified that the 11 year old soft water conditioner was inoperable. He made a suggestion and came out the next day and installed a new system. I would hire them again without any question.
