Job was completed in timely manner with a very fair price

I've hired MC Plumbing previously and they are great. VERY fair pricing, very professional and, in my experience, honest and not looking to upsell needlessly nor take advantage. Just a great company, IMO. I've already referred them to friends and will continue to do so when asked.

We needed a new cartridge for the shower. He had the part in the truck so he was able to complete the job in 30 minutes after arriving!

I had a new Kohler sink, faucet and garbage disposal installed that I purchased at Home Depot. Homero and Robert did the work and I couldn’t be happier with results. Now to be fully transparent, the estimate was higher than other companies but the estimate was very detailed and there was no pressure for me to agree to the quote. Every experience I have had with MC Plumbing has been excellent.

The plumbers were very professional and courteous, especially attentive to my 81 year old mother. We used their coupon for replacement which they honored. We needed another part and they waited until I drove to get it. This is not common for plumbers to wait for customers to get parts. My mother was very happy with their service and they cleaned up the area. She really liked that the plumber (cannot remember his name) although training another person went over what he did and why. Great job!

Chris Hughes was great! He arrived early and was done in about 30 minutes.

Didn't go anywhere. I though it was odd. It seemed like he really didn't want to be here, and was motivated to upsell me. I was able to fix one of the toilets myself with acid for $8. I called a 2nd plumber, and they got the other toilet fixed in 20 minutes, for a lot less than MC quoted me.

I called in the evening hours and Scott, the owner answered and was straight forward about the price to install a new water heater. I'd already made a few calls and his price was way lower than other estimates in the area. Plus, he was honest about the warranty. I had to call him back within a few hours, and he answered again and we were able to schedule for the next day. I received text notification about the appointment and the technician arranged with my tenant and installed the next day. The technician called me to let me know of required upgrades that would need to be done, and, although it was going to be a little bit more, the price was still lower than the estimates I'd gotten from other companies. I just appreciate the seamless process, the professionalism and the fair price...I'd definitely use them again.

Didn't go anywhere. The technician came, looked at it but didn't fix anything I still have the same problem with the heater. I called him back which he did and suggested it could be the temperature sensor and that was it never saw the man again. The water temperature keeps fluctuating from warm to very hot and error message keeps popping up. Appears not to be well versed on this equipment. I was charged a service call. $150 which would be ok if my heater had been fixed.

First visit required me to get under sink to help due to plember claiming his hands were too big. After he left discover connection of new faucet was leaking worse than befoe, called and new plumber came next day. He found the connection was installed incorrectly and fixed problem. Has been operating properly since. Both plumbers were curteous and punctual.

Work was done professionally and efficiently.

Overdue a flush. Allot better but may have to be repeated.

Called MC Plumbing to install a faucet I bought at Costco. They did an excellent job. Quick to come out (the next day) and thorough installation. They did it for $150. Then I called about hooking up my ice maker on my refridge. The line was already there just needed a new connection and right up to the whirlpool fridge. They charged an arm and a leg for what i thought was a simple job!

They arrived on time and replaced the faucet ... excellent job.

The jetting went fine. The second visit, the estimate, seemed to go fine. I believe I spent almost an hour with the person who showed up. I was told the estimate would be provided from the office. However the whole thing turned out to be a complete waste of my time as I never received the promised estimate (on the day after it I texted another request and was told I would have it 'by end of day'--but nothing).

Everything was great. Both Chris and Fernando were knowledgeable and professional yet easy to talk with and down to earth.

The technician arrived before the scheduled time. They cleaned up quite well.

Overall, it went very well. The only negative is that they missed their 2 hour "promise" window by almost an hour. I also had to call them later as they forgot to email me my receipt. Nonetheless, I would definitely hire them again, all things considered.

Eric was professional, prompt, and worked hard to fix multiple problems. He also installed new tankless water heater, which we wanted. He was courteous and patiently answered all our questions. We will use MC Plumbing again, if we ever have the need.
