The plumber Homero Carmona, who came was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time completed the work and then returned a few days later to do the faucet and showerhead installations. He cleaned up after himself and left everything neat and tidy and most importantly working well! I have already recommended him and Angie's List to several people.

The tech was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, professional. He diagnosed the issue, gave us an estimate & did the work immediately. Within an hour he had the problem fixed.

Miguel arrived to do the walk-through of our home for the quote. We're new home owners and had a laundry list of items off the inspection report that needed fixed, plus a few improvements we wanted to make as well. Miguel offered honest advice and suggestions for the repairs we needed. At the end of the walk-through, he was able to provide the estimate right there with no waiting. We immediately agreed to have the work performed by MC Plumbing, and Miguel started working right away. Over the next few days Miguel returned to continue the work of installing new fixtures, repairing the bathroom in the in-law suites, and many other things in and around our home. We couldn't be happier with the work performed, and the price was much less than we were anticipating! MC Plumbing has a customer for life. We'll be using them for all our plumbing work and recommending them to our friends. Thanks so much!

Plumbing is never inexpensive, however, thought that the pricing was fair. Received a 15% discount as an Angie’s list customer.

Replied within minutes when I contacted them with a non-emergency issue. Scheduled next day evaluation. Provided detailed estimate electronically. Scheduled service visit for my first available time. Arrived on time, explained the work to be done and how long it would take. Completed the project on time and exactly as estimated. Showed me the finished work and explained it again. Friendly and professional staff. This team works well and quickly. On a Monday night, my husband noticed that our water heater had a little water leaking from the top. I researched plumbers relatively near us and reached out to four to schedule evaluations and estimates for repair or replacement. MC Plumbing responded within minutes and scheduled a next-day evaluation. On the day of the evaluation, I received a text with the name, picture, and ETA of the team member. Fernando arrived by the ETA, and he got right to it, checked out the unit, and confirmed that we did indeed need to replace our 13-year old water heater. He told us the estimated cost. Moments after he left, I received a text with a link to the detailed estimate. It was the second lowest that we received, but the bidder for the lowest had not come to our house to evaluate the situation; they just sent an estimate through email, and theirs wasn't all that much lower. After reviewing the estimates we received, I contacted MC Plumbing to schedule. On the day of installation, MC Plumbing texted me to let me know that Fernando was on the way. Like before, the text included his name, picture, and ETA. He and his assistant, Robert, arrived on time, greeted me, explained what they would be doing, and advised how long the work would take. They confirmed that I was ready for the water to be shut off for the duration. Then, they got to it. When they were done, they showed me the completed project and pointed out upgrades (like the pan underneath the unit) to bring the water heater up to code. The final price was exactly as estimated. These two were friendly and professional. I will definitely call on MC Plumbing again when we need a plumber.

Very, well. Quick, responsive, professional and competent.

I awoke to a break in my water line with water running down the street. I shut off the water and started making calls for a plumber. Only MC could stop by and that day and evaluate the problem. They said they could start the next day at 7 am and the next day they were here at 7 and started. They finished the line, need a total of 50 feet of trench dug through rock landscaping. They got it done that day, did a great job. They cleaned up and it looked like they weren't here. This was in August so hot in Vegas. Their taking the Angie's list coupon helps as well.

I showed the guy the exact spot of the wall where the pipe is. Then he start banging on the drywall with the hammer to ripped it off. On the other side of the wall is my bathroom, because he was banging on the wall, the pipe came loose under the sink of my bathroom. I called the owner, he said that his guy did not bang on the wall, I told him that I was standing behind of his plumber the whole time, and we go back and port. When He said that They are going to fixed the pipe on the sink but I have to pay half of the price, I said no, they broke my sink, and we go back and port again. Then he agreed to fixed it and told to not call their company again. They charged me $700, they said that it was an emergency service call that what it was $700. I asked for a senior discount, and he laugh and said "you gotta be kidding me". I said it was just a 30 to 40 mins work. and he said NO, no senior discount. I will never never recommend this company to anybody.

Homer came out the same afternoon I called, went over the possible scenarios and gave me an estimate. It took Homer about an hour and a half to complete the job. He was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with the work that was done, no more leak!

A little long but overall a very good job!

This definitely took care of my problems with my plumbing, We've had continual back ups and slow draining issues as well as a sewer smell coming from our drains due to the overwhelming amounts of grease from the former property owner. The camera inspection afterwards proved what an awesome job the jetting did

We called MC Plumbing to get a third estimate on our issue and Miguel arrived promptly at the earliest time quoted. He assessed the situation and took care of it immediately. He was very professional and thorough! He even took the time to show and explain every step of the way not only why he needed to do certain things but how he was going to do it. The first plumber we called quoted us a starting price of $3300 after looking for 30 seconds with a flashlight. Miguel took everything apart and did a proper inspection and found the source of the leak the other plumber hadn’t even bothered to look at all for a very reasonable price. This was the first time we didn’t feel like the plumber was taking advantage of our bad situation. I am incredibly impressed and will only use this service and Miguel if possible!
