I made the sewer cleaning job order because the bathrooms were clogged. The provider came and claimed he did a partial job and asked me to pay him additional $275 to complete the job. In my opinion, the outcomes of the work or job are only two: unclog the sewer line or not unclog the sewer line! I won't accept the "partial job" since the sewer line of my house is still clogged and I have paid for cleaning the sewer line! I believe the provider do the work this way to make more money. Because the sewer is still clogged, I ask for the full refund of $350. Thank you.

Perfectly! I called & left a message at 1040a on Sunday hoping to schedule an appointment for a water heater install, knowing that I was probably going to have to wait for an appointment first thing Monday. Scott from MC Plumbing returned my call within 30-minutes and I was lucky enough to schedule an appointment for same day service. Dan, the plumber assigned to my work ticket, called me 30-minutes later and gave me a 2-hour window for late Sunday afternoon. Dan then called a little later to tell me he was ahead of schedule and was on his way to my house. Dan arrived and promptly got to work. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. THANKS to Scott for returning the call and to DAN for doing great work! So happy to not have to go another night with no hot water! :) jill

These guys are great. I had a bath faucet that would not turn off. I closed the main and called them and they were able to get someone out in a few hours. They txt' the name of the service man and when he would be coming. They also txt when he was on his way, nice touch. Fernando got it fixed in no time and at a very reasonable rate. I even asked him to fix a leak on my sink and was told there was no issues and that water was just getting down the spray nozzle from splashing in the sink, not due to a broken fixture. They easily could have taken advantage that, but just reassured me everything was fine. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Highly recommend, will use again. Thank you Fernando.

Called with problem. They came out the following day and arrived at scheduled time. They unclogged the toilet and then added liquid cleaner. Toilet now works fine.

I was given a courtesy call prior to tech's scheduled arrival. Eric was very efficient, professional, and informative. The repair was done in a timely manner. MC Pluming has done work at my home on one other occasion, I've been very pleased with their service on both occasions.

Hanz Gonzalez was very prompt and efficient and did a thorough job to include checking all faucets afterward and adding potassium to the system.

The price was great and their diagnosis on par with 2 other contractors that came on site. However, they only brought a pick axe and shovel for the 29 ft of trench work, and could barely put a dent in the calcified rock layer beneath the surface soil, so the trench work went into a 2nd day. On the 2nd day, they brought a jackhammer, but after cutting a section of the drywall, they "found out" that they misread the water line and had to dig another 10 ft of trenches and add 10 ft of piping to the irrigation line, at an extra cost, and then called it a day. I got a call early evening saying they wanted to finish the job that night (a Sunday), but I was already an hour away from the house and told them that wasn't going to happen without someone from the household present. 3rd they laid out the piping, but had plastic piping above ground, so there was another delay as copper piping was brought in for the portion going above ground. A 4th day was needed to fill the trenches because they couldn't get their day laborer (who they contract out to) out to my house, so the actual plumber had to do the fill himself. When they dug the trenches, they didn't separate the rocks (for desert landscaping) from the dirt they dug up, so I got a mixture of rocks and dirt touching the pipes and several dirt patches on the surface of my landscaping. The two pieces of drywall that were bored out were thrown away, so I can't re-tape, sand and repaint that area. The overall product was solid, pipes well insulated, and my irrigation lines fixed. I'm a bit miffed that the actual leak wasn't found, but can understand that if you can identify the area, replacing the whole line is more effective and cost efficient, but the original pipes are still buried deep underneath the surface. The number of days was a bit of an inconvenience as I had to take time off and/or ask relatives to house sit while I worked so that the garage door could be kept open, and of course there was the issue of the added work because of their mistake in identifying the water line/direction. They did remove and replace my Garbage Disposal without charging additional labor, although I did pay for the unit at their cost. Original estimate was just under $1700, final price was $500 more after we negotiated/haggled over the price for the "additional work". The length of time was a nuisance, but we didn't lose water access for any excessive amount of time. The quality of the work and the politeness of the plumber (Eric) were huge positives; I just wished they worked a little more efficiently.

I called this morning at 9:30am. I was told that a workman would be to the house between 11:00am and 2PM. HCM came at 12:30 and assessed the situation. He tightened something in the toilet, which fixed the problem. He said that he had to check with the office - since he really didn't fix or change anything - but that he didn't think that there would be a charge. He came back in a few minutes later and said that it was his pleasure to help us out and that there was no charge. Should I be in the need for a plumber in the future - my first call will be to MC Plumbing they were honest, punctual and very friendly. Thank you!

The repair man came out and found nothing was wrong with the garbage disposal - it was the rattle of the drain stopper in the other sink. He said since there was nothing wrong with the disposal there would be no charge. We have used MC Plumbing before and I can't image using anyone else for all our plumbing needs.

Arrived on time and performed the services needed

Fernando gave me an estimate on Monday and then completed the work on Tuesday. He was able to complete this installation without damaging the existing tile so toilet installation will be a breeze. Fernando was professional, courteous and fair. I will definitely use MC Plumbing again if the need arises.

Just bought a house that needed a number of plumbing repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner and seems to have been done well. All of the MC employees that I interacted with knew what they were talking about and didn't try to up-sell me or suggest work needed to be done that did not. It's very refreshing to see a business like this with knowledgeable and honest employees.

It didn't, no one bothered to call, cancel, confirm or show up. The appointment was made on 8/8/16 for 8/9/16 between 9-11 am. I finally gave up at noon after wasting my morning and left to do other errands. I guess my job wasn't big enough for them. Caveat emptor!

Great, they determined it was a part, and they did not bring that part. He took a picture of model number, said he would do best to find part. Well he called us back less than an hour later and had found part, came back out and installed it. Entire repair was done in the am of the Day. They vacuumed and cleaned the loose lint all around. Very professional and answered any questions we had

These guys are AWESOME!!! Much better than larger corporate companies that are well advertised! No upselling, no pitches, no tiring, unnecessary warnings. Just come in and get the job done!! No fuss, no muss, no problems. Straightforward, HONEST and reliable, MC plumbing is my new go-to plumber for ever!! I needed a toilet remounted. They came almost instantly and did it for way less than the bigger company. Didn't pitch a new toilet, new plumbing, new nothing!! Just did the job I needed! Then, I had bid my old plumbing drain pipe replacement project with aforementioned "large corporate" company. I was looking for any savings I could get; so back to Angies List. Funny. That large corporate company was not an Angies List provider! Called MC plumbing and got a lower bid even before the Angies discount!! They went in (EVEN under the crawl space!) and replaced my old cast iron; totally clogged pipes with new ,state of the art current pipes and now everything is running smooth!! Thanks, Scott Root and all the guys at MC! Ps. They are coming to replace my bathroom faucet I tried to do myself!! My bad. Should have called them first!!

They were fast and very professional.

We are selling our home and the inspector detected a water leak. I called MC on May 31 and was told someone would be at the house between 8 and 10. Dan arrived at 8AM and began searching for the leak, he was unable to detect the exact spot and said a crew would be out to start digging. He then proceeded to give me the two scenarios best and worst. I told him I would be out of town and would not be around but he could contact my daughter or realtor if anything was needed. Later that day Dan emailed and said they were swamped because of the holiday weekend but would be out the next morning and get it taken care of. 9:30 the next day Dan showed up and the leak was taken care of, he texted me a picture of the broken pipe and explained what he did, why, and the cause to my daughter. I have used MC previously and will use them again, they are not the cheapest plumbers in town but they are reliable, competent, and on time. I wish they would provide a senior discount would have taken a bit of the bite out of the cost of the repair. In spite of the cost I recommend them highly and was very pleased.
