+ -1 moreAt about 6:45 p.m. he contacted me and said he couldn't make it. It was quite evident that he was at home, as I heard him tell someone that he could make it to our place at noon the following day, when they returned from their errand. I recognize that I contacted them late afternoon, and if they weren't available they could have set up the appointment the following day. That would have given me an opportunity to decide to look for someone else for same day or schedule an appointment with them. I was left scrabbling to find someone else. Would not contact again.
Description of Work: I was having problems with the deadbolt sliding on my front door. I looked and AL's for the locksmith and noticed that Lock Doctor hours were until 10:00 p.m. I contacted him at 3:30 p.m. He's the friendliest person on the telephone-he indicated that he could make it that day between 6:00-7;00 p.m. and would try for earlier.
