Description of Work: I had obtained several quotes on replacing the 20-yr old shower stall in our townhouse's master bath. Home Depot quoted me $8,500 for one that looked like tile. Re-Bath wanted $6,500 for one similar to Home Depot's. Then I looked on Angie's List and read about Kera. I had never heard about cultured granite. I went to their showroom and was impressed with the sleek look of the cultured granite and the color choice and the price was far lower than the other quotes. They removed my old shower in 2 hrs. on 1 day, the plumber came to install the plumbing fixtures on another day (2 hrs) and then the shower stall itself was installed 2 days later. Punctuality was a slight issue, but all in all it was a good experience and I plan to have my granite vanity top replaced with the cultured granite to match the shower next fall. Cultured granite doesn't need to be sealed or cleaned with any special cleaner. My new shower looks sleek and modern--way better than the one it replaced!

Description of Work: They arrived in mid morning. They went right to work and did a professional job. They replaced the glass in our walk in shower and were out of here around noon. We were pleased with their workmanship and the way the clean up was performed.

Description of Work: Kera remodeled and rebuilt our shower in the master bathroom. DEMO: They covered the doorway to the walk-in closet and the sink countertops with plastic and placed tarps on the tile floor and entry way carpet. PLUMBING: The next day the plumber came and reconfigured the pipes for the new shower hardware. REBUILD: Two days later, the crew worked on leveling the shower floor, and prepped the walls, etc. Then they installed the new cultured marble surround and shower hardware. One week later, when the glass came in, they installed the glass. | |All the staff were punctual, pleasant, and professional. After each stage, they cleaned up so we didn't have to worry about stepping on anything or had to clean up after them. They answered all my questions and Kera's office staff were also available for questions. I felt confident in their work ethics so I was comfortable with them the whole time they were in my home. |

Description of Work: They were friendly, listened to what I wanted, provided the exact shower enclosure I wanted, at a very reasonable price. They also came back to check on a concern that turned out to be nothing. On top of it, I priced shower enclosures from other vendors and Kera was the best price and others didn't have what I wanted. I am very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I called the company for an estimate on remodeling my shower in the master bath. Rich and Tony arrived together and were both personable and professional. They viewed what I wanted done and submitted an estimate in a timely manner. I received both an email and a hard-copy estimate. As it turned out, I chose another company because I wanted to complete my project in tile as it is presently, and Kera does cultured marble. I simply made the decision to stay with tile. If I were to do another project in which I wanted cultured marble, I would not hesitate to call Kera again.
