All was fine .workers product,office ,were all professional.just watch out for the private abbreviations of product descriptions.

The installers are great, hardworking men. The exquisite care of the customers. They keep you updated on the details of the project. They are very detail oriented and very particular about the care of your home while they are in it.

spectacular , Eric and his crew are the best. Eddie answered all of my questions whenever Eric was not available. This company has the customer service that so few businesses have now. Thanks for an awesome bathroom. I actually use it more that I do my master bathroom, because it is sooooo pretty.

Eddy came to my home to measure and discuss options to remodel my master bathroom shower. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He had many photos to show me options to design my shower. I chose a cultured marble shower surround with a bench seat, corner shelving and custom pivot shower door. Eddy had the written estimate to me within 3 days. It also included an estimate to redo my master vanity top as an option. Due to unexpected financial obligations, I chose not to do the remodel at this time. However, if I decide to do it at a later date, I will definitely call on this company again.

We asked them to do an estimate in our house. They said Eric will come to our house in 3 days between 1 and 2 o'clock . I was waiting for him. He never appeared. We called him at his phone and he didn't answer. One week later he called my husband asking if he can come to see our bathroom. I do not think he is very professional. I do not recommend this company.

From my first phone call to the completion of the Master Bath, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of kera and their employees. The estimates were adhered to, with the second bath actually costing about $100 less than the estimate. If I do decide on any future work in the kitchen or baths, Kera will be my first call.

Kera Bath was excellent. They were there with an estimate on the date as promised. Work was started on date promised and completion was done early. They called during the progress with updates and after to make sure I was satisfied. Which I was!!! Company comes over and I have to show off my new shower and tub and they all love it!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KERA BATH!!!

Excellent customer service. Kera Bath kept me informed of progress of manufacture date of shower, tub and frameless glass shower door and enclosure. They were there on time, on date as promised. Completed a beautiful job as promised and prior to the end date that was promised. I would highly recommend Kera Bath to anyone. Quality product and installation!!!! A++++++ Professional in every aspect. Cleaned area to perfection every job that was preformed. Checked back to make sure I was satisfied with every turn of the job. You can't get better than Kera Bath!!!!

After calling for an estimate Eric the field supervisor came by with in two days. We discussed what we wanted in the two bathrooms. A few days later Keith Tinsdale who is one of Kera's subcontractors came by to see what demolition and other work would be needed to get the project ready for installation of new material. Eddy the owner then sent an estimate. We then went to their site of business, reviewed the choices of cultured marble and plumbing fixtures. Once we made our choices and paid the deposit it was about two weeks later that Keith began demolition of the stall shower and tub area. Once that was completed he installed new plaster board , walls where the stall shower was , installed matching tile flooring in that area (we had tiles) and painted the bathroom. Keith was excellent to work with and indeed some of the work he did was a seperate contract from Kera. A few weeks later the guest bath was also done. The employees from Kera were hard working , professional individuals, who knew what to do and did it well We will use Keith Tinsdale again for other projects as we identify them. One last item, during the work in the guest bath some damage was done to the tub and to some wall areas. Kera sent in a repair individual the next day who not only repaired the damage done during installation but another area noted by Eric during his inspection Eric then came and repainted the other damaged areas. This is a good company one we highly recommend.

Eddy and his staff provided great service in installing the cultured granite and glass. Eddy and Eric provided options and suggestions to ensure the final product met our needs. Both of them were very professional and courteous and always available for questions. The final shower and glass look beautiful. We are very pleased with our experience and will be using them again for our master bathroom. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new shower.

Eric was very professional. When we set a time to meet he was there at that time. We went over every detail and he offererd suggestions such as a switcher that was built into the wall to move from the rain head to the hand held shower massage. Eric suggested we meet at his office to see exactly what we were getting ,which was a great idea. We were given a time for work to begin and they were there exactly at that time. The rip out went well, as we were concerned with the large full mirror that was over the countertop. Eric assured us that it would not be damaged and it was not. Also they made sure to cover the travertine floors so they would not be damaged and closed the door to prevent the dust from going around the house. The day of the rip out the new water proof sheet rock was also installed. The new countertop was to be installed that day however when it was taken from the mold the color was not exactly what we ordered, so they remade it in the propper color. That was impressive because I am sure another company would not have done that. The next day the plumbing company came. Again very professional and did all the plumbing for the fixtures but could not install the sink fixtures as the counter top was not ready. The following day the counter top arrived and the tub surround was installed. The track for the sliding glass doors was damaged so a new one had to be ordered. That afternoon the plumber came and finished the install. Two days later the track for the doors arrived and was installed by the owner of Kera who inspected the entire job. In addition the owner of the plumbing company came to install the holder for the hand held shower massage and inspected the entire plumbing job. Througout the entire process Eric kept us posted on everything to be done and worked with our schedule for the final install of the track for the glass door. The only suggestion i would make, is that when you place the order make sure every detail is written down so there is no question at the time of install. Eric made sure that every detail was the way we wanted before accepting final payment. Even after final payment was made we called Kera to fix a knick that we found while cleaning and they were there immediately and it was fixed without any hesitation. I highly reccomend this company for thier fine workmanship and professionalism.

She was very helpful with information, and very quick to call me back.

I think they were suggested to us by a general contractor. There were a couple of minor things that went wrong, but they were immediately responsive. They returned the phone call right away. There were no hassles. There were a couple of things that I would've expected to incur costs, but it didn't. Overall we were happy with what they did.

Very pleased and would employ again.

On the first day, they removed all the old tile around the tub/shower, the old vanity top, and a very large vanity mirror. They then installed moisture resistant sheetrock, two sides of the tub surround, and the granite vanity top and backsplashes. During demolition, a tool got dropped and chipped my tub. They sent someone out the next day to repair it, and you can't even tell where it happened. On day two, the plumbers came out to do any plumbing needed to install the shower/tub fixtures, vessel sink and faucet I had purchased. The plumber told me that the vessel sink faucet I had purchased (from Home Depot) was not a good quality faucet and had leakage problems. I went and got a different faucet (from Lowe's) and he installed it. I'm very glad he told me about the problem instead of just going ahead and installing it, and later saying when I had problems, "That's what the customer purchased, I just installed it". On the third day, they installed the final sheetrock, the final tub/shower surround panel, and re-textured the wall where the mirror was removed. After the installers left, Eric came out and installed the tub/shower fixtures and checked the work that had been done. There was one piece of the shower surround by the side of the tub that I was not happy with (it was solid white and did not have the pattern in it like the rest of the surround). He had them come out the next week and replace it with a proper piece. A couple of weeks after completion, I notice several scratches in the granite vanity top, and ,again, Eric came out and buffed all the scratches out and now it looks great!

The installers worked to keep the area clean and not mess up the rest of the house by laying down runners to the front door. They did their dusty work outside, cleaned-up after themselves and finished the project on time. Kera uses Craig's Plumbing for their plumbing changes and I found them to be very good also. Eddy, the owner stopped by twice to insure quality and check if I had any concerns. Overall I am pleased with their workmanship and quality of their product.
