custom cabinets
 + -1 moreI would think spending almost 20K and the referral job, John and his company would be happy to do a small job for us especially after recommending his company to the new homeowners. We went into this hoping to have the warming drawer installed in time for the holidays. Thanksgiving is a couple days away and we won't have it installed by then so we are shooting for Christmas. I have called constantly for 4 weeks with them saying they would send someone over every time. I spoke with John and the office lady every time and they would never follow up. I know it is a small job, but none the less it is a job and I am a previous customer and would think they would contact us and have someone come over just to give us a bid. If you want good work he is the company to call only if it its worth their while. I am highly disappointed to say the least and feel our job was too small and not worth their time. Small jobs lead into bigger jobs and what they do not know is after the first of the year we are going to have an office built and a bar area customized. I am not going to recommend this company to anyone else. There are a lot of cabinet companies in the Las Vegas area that I can mention and it won't be them.
Description of Work: I don't know how to say this. In 2003/2004 we had a project in our old home and it was building our custom built-ins throughout our new house. Beautiful job, Well done. We have had them for 10 years with no problem. This past summer we sold our home and referred this company to the new homeowners to build them their new bar. Probably made John and his company quite a bit of money off our job and this new job. In our new home we needed a small job, a warming drawer installed. We have the warming drawer. It is just a matter of fitting it in an existing cabinet. I called John and asked him if he got the new job in our old home and he said yes, thank you. Here is where the problem exists. I have called, called and called again and asked him if he could come out to give us a bid on this small job.
