Horrible service to begin they charged me $400 for a pest control service…..all this service consist of is them renting u out rat traps for 2weeks while they check them for u…. Then after 2 weeks they take back the traps?????? Seriously I could have got the same amount of traps 6 for t less then 100 dollars n kept them for ever till I caught the rat…over all they took advantage of the situation horrible service never going back n never recommending just a heads up am leaving this exact review on all platforms I doubt u guys really care but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake did n that’s trusting u guys to handle ur job…. and the lady the office manager she is just the worst headache she got mad at me because I asked her for her name lol she knew they did me wrong

They were fantastic! We never had any issues. They did initial treatments when we moved in and then we continued monthly services and we never had any problems with critters. The cost was $34/month. I was very happy with the pricing. We have since moved, but we recommend them!

It went fine. Rick from JS Pest Control does an excellent job. Last visits we were dealing with ants that just would not go away and in July success. Rick used another treatment that worked great. No ants since. Great company great technician.

The initial spray was that the bug guy was suppose to spray and take down the cob webs because we have black widows really bad. He removed one web around the fireplace, but failed to remove the ones from the patio and front eaves. The salesman who came to my home was reassuring that they would accommodate my work schedule so someone could let them in for a backyard spray and for the respray and future months they have set a time to come out only convenient for them. They are suppose to be open until 4 pm M-F, and they only spray until 1:30 pm. They gave me a website and magnet, but the website is non-existent. Very sad.

We've used this company for eight months now, and are pleased with them. They come monthly to spray outside and we never see any bugs in between their visits. They're also very considerate and call before they come out.

Js Pest Control has a wonderful knowledgeable sales staff; however, their work crew fell short of our expectations as they have not done the work that was promised us. It has been difficult getting a response from the management and I would probably not recommend them.

A few months ago;, I changed to AJS Pest Control to do my monthly spraying. The area we live in has many spiders and our monthly spraying certainly eliminates them from the house. The company so far has been on time, professional and I usually have them spray more outside than inside. I am pleased with the services to date and will continue to use their spraying service as long as it continues to be a pleasing experience.

The first time they came to our house, they did an extra thorough job. The outlet covers were taken off to get inside the walls, and it took longer to finish that day. Since then, it has been the average twenty-minute job. The technicians are polite and arrive on time or early on some occasions. We can also call them any time we see any insects, and they will come over the very next day at no extra charge. This is the best service we have received by any pest control company.

JS Pest Control had made a huge impression. You couldn't ask for more, the way this company treated me. They did keep the bugs away and they recommended that I spray the interior every 3 months and upon request without any extra charge. Also, the rate I started with a couple of years ago is the same rate that I am charged today and it never goes up for a repeat customer.

The insect problem has been lowered drastically since hiring JS. The technicians spray in the same basic areas because that is where the insects breed. They have been nice, and we do not smell the chemicals used. They were not intimidated by our dog like some pest control technicians from other companies.

JS Pest Control did a very good job spraying for us. Their price was a little bit higher than most, but their quality makes up for it. We have not seen any bugs since they were here. We have been using this company for a long time and are very happy with the results.

JS Pest Control uses pet friendly products. I really liked the fact that they came when they said that they would. They called ahead of time and scheduled a time and they came at that time. I do use them monthly and do not have any more problems with pests. They have always been very friendly and professional.

They were polite and on time. They did not leave any odor and were quick. The price was good. I would recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

I am unhappy with their services. My child was bit by a spider, I called for another spay, they refused to come out. I called the office to discus the problem, and the secretary was very rude.

They showed up once, and afterwards I got a terrible ant problem. I never heard from them again. They weren't giving me an invoice. I thought they weren't coming anymore. Then I get a bill for an entire years worth after three months because I didnt pay them. I did not know I had to when no one showed up to spray or sent me a bill. They went door to door, so I think it was a scam. The price was right, but they didn't do the job. Now, they are expecting me to pay the bill because of something I signed, but I was mislead.
