Description of Work: I used Jenni Plumber for plumbing service. They did a clean out of my tank less hot water heater.

Description of Work: Drained water heater and checked |Function of water heater |Since my water heater is over10 years old, I have them inspect and drain every year. It is functioning fine. I also have them do an annual winter inspection of my apartment. I have had them replace kitchen and bathroom faucets as well as replacing my washer dryer pipes with copper. Never had any problems with their work.

Description of Work: I hired Jenni Plumber to replace the water lines to my washer. They were very polite and helpful on the phone. I enjoyed talking with them. I thought they gave me a reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. I would consider working with them in the future.

Description of Work: After a winter freeze cracked my outside plumbing, Jenni Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the problem right away.

Description of Work: One evening I went into the hall bathroom and heard a sound that sounded like water running, but I found no water. I looked under the sink, the toilet and in the tub. I asked my other half to listen and low and behold..he heard it too. We were pretty sure it meant a water leak even though we did not SEE any water. I called Jenni Plumbling (we had used them in the past and they did a good job). Someone came and they could hear the sound also. (I was so glad I was not losing my mind..but not happy knowing being right would mean a bill!) I believe there were two men that came. They gave me an amount, I paid it and they went to work. In total there were a few leaks in different places along the wall and also in the garage. They went to work and had it done in a day. A very long day. They worked non stop and I do not think they even took a lunch break. Now I was happy I had no more leaks and a bathroom to use! The next day we were looking for someone to fix the holes in the walls that had been made doing the repairs to the pipes. I had gotten a recommendation and was about to call that company, but, as we were going to bed that night, we heard water in the wall again. I called Jenni Plumbing and they came back out and fixed that pipe too. Even though it was not part of the original quote, they fixed it at no extra charge. These are the kind of workers and work everyone would want. Good work, courteous workers who do a grand job and clean up after themselves and stand behind their work! That is not something you see every day! We waited a couple of days and got the holes in the wall fixed. I will write a report about that too. They indeed did a good job on that too!

Description of Work: Called 11-11:30 am Thurs. 5/14/09 to set an appointment for a water heater replacement. Let them know that it had broken and I was without hot water. Was given the first appt. for the next morning (8-10 am).
