+ 3 moreNIGHTMARE!! Hopefully they went out of business. At least that is what the owners tolds the NV State Contractors Board and us to avoid a lawsuit. This was not only from us but several other customers that they had ripped off. Never on time. Did MUCH more DAMAGE to our property that they replaced. Much of what was done had to be removed and replaced in the end because of such poor quality work. No pride in anything. Customer service did not exist after the contract was signed and deposit made.
Description of Work: Replace entire flooring in our home and install a tie shower

+ 3 moreAbsolute SCAM!! Was a three ring con game from the get go. The job was never finished. Every time they did something, they broke something else. Absolutely no professionalism with the owners or employees. Used undocumented and non-skilled people to do the job. Contacted state contractors board to file a complaint. During an inspection of our home by the board the owner of Hard Surfaces told them he filled for bankruptcy, so too bad. Also contacted Angies list and was told there is nothing they could do. So what good is a forum that supports con artists? STAY AWAY!!!
Description of Work: Hired them based on Angies List rating. Contracted to tile and carpet entire home. New baseboards, create a custom tiled shower with custom barn doors.

+ -1 moreThey kept me abreast of every step and were punctual about all promised deadlines, etc. Work went very smoothly; one of them was onsite constantly and their work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for other projects.
Description of Work: This was a rebuild of my entire downstairs after a neighbors unit flooded through our common wall and contaminated my entire lower floor. Mark and Todd were both wonderful, punctual and meticulous. They completely rebuilt walls, flooring, 1/2 bath and kitchen.
