+ 0 moreHe did a very good job removing and mowing. He gave me a bid of $60.00 per month to mow twice a month. I have been using him since. It took a while to coordinate the mowing schedule, But once that was set up everything is go smoothly.I do not have any concerns using his service.
Description of Work: Cleaned the rear yard. Heavy accumulation of leaves and mowed rear yard.

+ -1 moreFrancisco Landscaping did some special work for me. Where I live is near the mountains, and what I didn't realize was that the pipes on the outside of my house where the spigots are are plastic, I thought they were galvanized. I had two of them and they both broke. Francisco repaired them. He charged me less than his estimate because the parts were cheaper. He knew what he was doing and did a good job. We had trouble connecting the first time, we had a disconnect on the date, but he came on the revised date and made the repairs. Then we talked about some future work that I'm planning to use him for.
Description of Work: Francisco Landscaping replaced some broken exterior pipes for me.
