house cleaning
 + -1 moreTheir cleaning has always been very good. Two things that I haven't been happy about Excellent House Cleaning. First, when we first hired them in 2001 their rate was $9 per hour/person. Since April 2007, their rate has gone up to $45 per hour/person. Also, a few times over the years, a lot of turn-over on the house cleaners that are sent to come to clean our house.
Description of Work: Company cleaned master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, powder room, hall ways, and foyer which is approx. 1/3 of a 4,000 sq ft. high-rise condominium unit. Cleaning include getting rid of dust on wood and granite surfaces and mirrors, vacuuming floor in the Master Bedroom; cleaning two sinks and granite counter tops, shower, bath tub, and wooden floor in the Master Bathroom; vacuuming the wood and granite floor and wiping stone, wood and glass surfaces in the Living Room; vacuuming carpeted and granite stone hallways, and cleaning/wiping wood walls and doors and vacuuming foyer.
