+ -1 moreThe movers were efficient and professional. I liked that the sales person gave me a binding quote so there were no big surprises upon delivery. One of our boxes came up missing but they provided a claims form and were going to contact the other person who had a delivery that day. The most frustrating part of the experience was trying to get the last payment in cash on a Sunday. From what I learned from getting quotes, its not uncommon for movers to expect the final payment in cash.
Description of Work: Moved us from Las Vegas to North Carolina and provided a month of storage.

+ -1 moreThey were very good, at first they gave us a quote of like $2700 but they have to pack up like mirrors and TVs and stuff like that so I had an extra $900 added but there was nothing broken. The 2 mover, I think they were from Russia or Romania or something like that but they were very, very nice people and they went the extra step to put up stuff where we wanted to them to set up stuff and like I said nothing was broken, nothing was missing, they're a very good company. They're a very good company. Other companies quote me like $4600 and they're very competitive. They came right away when we called, they told us that it could take up to 10 days for us to get our stuff, they guys did it in 2 days so that's great service.
Description of Work: Eli Relocation delivered our furniture, they picked it up on the Thursday, the 23rd of May, and they delivered it Sunday, the 26th.

Description of Work: They were a disaster start to finish. promised delivery date was 05/02/11. They showed up three weeks late. On move in day they hired two young kids and they did not know what they were doing. They broke a leg off an antique coach, then hid it in a computer bag. They completly smashed a day bed and had to trash it. A TV console was ruined and tossed it out. I am completely missing three boxes one of which I had them box themselves just so they were responsible if it broke. It was an antique clock that my husband brought back from serving in Germany in 1952 and gave to his mother, both are now deceased.I am heartbroken over that. Smashed lamp shade and crushed lamps. Sleep number bed pump smashed. These people should not be in business, not one thing promised was delivered, DO NOT USE !! NO ONE COULD BE WORSE> Sally Kealy
