Never followed up after giving estimate of $1,000+. No call, no visit, nothing. A professional would have contacted us to decline the job.

this could have been a challenging process but my two vendors coordinated their schedules. El Amigo Inc. came out the night before to complete the disconnect for 3 bathrooms, counters installed next day and El Amigo Inc. was at my door promptly the next morning with two servicemen to get the new faucets and sinks installed. One of my sinks had been chipped during the removal and El Amigo came prepared with a new sink to replace the chipped one. This was much appreciated allowing for a completely finished look. Service personnel were professional thorough, will definitely utilize their services again.

Juan arrived very promptly and was both professional and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable that we had chosen the right plumber. He completed the job in an efficient manner and took the time to ensure we understood the water heater, and it's operation, thoroughly. El Amigo will now be our "go-to" plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Juan did the work with his assistant Mario under sub-contract from Lowes. We were told that because we had a manabloc system which did not have on/off valves under the sink, company policy was that they could not do the faucet install unless we authorized valve installation. If we had another leak without the valves, the company would not be responsible for fixing it; if we had the valves installed, then they would be responsible. Considering there appeared to have been a previous leak in the manabloc system, if another leak happened again, we would be on our own or have to pay someone to repair. In addition, the thought of having valves under the sink rather than having to go to the manabloc valve closet in the laundry room seemed to be a good idea. So we agreed to have the valves installed at $80.00 apiece for the hot and the cold lines (Lowe's price). Overall, the entire job was done in an outstanding manner. Juan explained everything he did, and gave us all the information we needed to ensure we understood what he had done with the faucet and valve installation. Everything looked great, the faucet is fantastic, and having the new valves under the sink makes us feel more comfortable if we ever encounter a leak. Extremely satisfied with El Amigo and thanks to Juan and Mario for a great job.

The quality of work was fine and everything is holding up fine. The toilet is working and has been working. I would recommend him. I had no problems with him. He was wonderful.

He was polite and helpful in showing me how to use it. $95 was just for installation, I had to buy the faucet myself, he said he wanted to be sure that I bought the one I liked, he did not forced me to buy it.
