Awesome experience! Marco (technician) was amazing! He arrived on time, completed the a/c tune-up, and also helped by closing the heater burner door in the attic for free. Overall, I found this company to be very honest. They offer great services at reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they actually encourage competition shopping with other a/c companies. They also offer a 12-month service plan at a good price. I would definitely use this company again!

Nothing but great reviews for Omar. This is the second time I've called him. I also found out that he'll do my annual maintenance for a very fair price. Omar put on his shoe covers without me even asking. He didn't rush around with his 10' ladder preventing any unnecessary scuffs in the walls. He very neat and patient explaining his work. I expect to use him for many years to come for problems large and small.

This guy is a pro. Very courteous and clean. First day he came out he couldn't find the problem. It wasn't cut and dry because the heat wasn't working at nights only. But as soon as I had the issue during the morning he was back and fixed it. His business' name is Desire Temperature without a "d" at the end. I'm really glad that I finally found someone who I can trust and won't give me the run around like I've had from many of the larger HVAC companies in Vegas.
