Once a week, John of Sal come to service the pool. They completely clean the pool, service the pump/filters and clean up around the pool area. They are always on time, courteous and quick! I would recommend them above any other pool service in Las Vegas.

About 2 months ago is when he started. My pool was in perfect condition, within 2-3 weeks time, my pool was covered with algae. He said he would put in a cartridge that would take 2-3 weeks to clear up. After 3 weeks it was still green and covered in algae. He came out and did a haphazard job brushing the surface. We called to complain and he sent his partner, who did a job about as poorly as the first and left without informing me. I feel his work has been unacceptable and he is now responding saying he cannot service our pool any further. I do not recommend his services.

I had called several people and got no reply. I called Mr. Rupe at 0900 on Saturday and asked if he could come check at our pool heater. He said he could be there that day between 1200-1600. He showed up, went through the entire system with us, fixed the couple of things that were holding up the heater, re-programed our system, and then gave us some much needed training. Thanks to his professionalism, we were enjoying our hot tub 45 mintues later!! Fantastic service!

At the start of the my second fall season in this Las Vegas home I drained my spa and refilled it. It had not been used during the summer months - why go in a 100 degree tub when its 112 outside? After refilling and priming I threw the breaker on and after about 10 minutes of running the spa popped the breaker for the first time since I moved in. Many attempts later and over the course of several days the same issue occurred. The spa is over five years old. John was recommended to me by another veteran and I had him come out. He ran some diagnostics and narrowed it down to a bad board or relay for the primary pump (there are two) or the primary pump itself. John left to call the manufacturer the next day and confirmed that it was the pump itself and he was able to locate a new unit locally. The following day the pump was installed and as of today (12/28/12) the spa continues to run perfectly!
