Desert King Windows

We had 19 windows and one sliding glass door replaced on May 24th -26th. It has made such a difference in the house. It is so much quieter and the house feels like it is sealed. The real test was Monday when the neighborhood landscape maintenance crews arrived with their gas powered leaf blowers and started working. It was amazing how much of the exterior noise has been eliminated. The install crew lead by Blake, with Neal and helper were great to work with. They arrived each morning when they said they were going to be arriving, but also called let us know they were leaving the shop and on the road. The quality of their work as very good and we are very pleased with the final install. They cleaned as they worked and walked all 20 openings when complete to make sure everything was complete, clean and operating. We like the new windows and Blake and Neal did a great job installing them.

We were surprised on how affordable Desert King Windows was. The service was also great. Blake Beaulieu, showed up on time, and finished ahead of schedule while providing a clean and beautiful installation. We had gotten quotes from multiple Windows Installers and they came in much lower. It also included the Dog Door embedded into the fixed door of the sliding glass door enclosure which allows us to open the door for fresh air, with screen closed, and allow our dog to still go in/out as he pleases.

We had a great experience with Desert King Windows! From the quote to interaction with office staff and to the installation, it was great experience. The competition can’t beat the personal touch my husband and I received. The installers were caring, kind and cleaned up after themselves better than I had cleaned beforehand (I knew we’d have construction dust). Now let me tell you about our new windows. We no longer hear people’s conversations when they are walking by our home nor do we hear the cars going by like we did with our old aluminum windows. The windows are well insulated and have a UV coating eliminating the need for solar screens unless we choose to use them again. (We kept them as they were expensive!). Our old windows were not operable and we can now open our new windows and doors in cooler weather…the plus is there are actual screens too! Our new entry doors open and shut as doors are meant to do, attesting to the knowledge and skill of the Desert King installers. They even hung our older security screen doors the correct way for us when they put them back up after they installed the entry doors. The original installers before we purchased the home, had put them up incorrectly leaving HUGE gaps. Now they work and look perfect. And the cost! No one can touch the price we paid nor can they give the same quality and care as Desert King Windows staff. We are very, very pleased with the whole experience.
