Sad that this provider was recommended on Angie's List. Crew showed up as scheduled to move and store our household furniture and goods. Several hours into the loading they realized they were short staffed and did not have a large enough truck. They called the office who sent additional men and another truck. Several items that were marked to go on the truck were left behind, of which we did not notice until after they left. As we were tight on time, we were forced to leave the items for the new owner. The crew stated they did not have the proper inventory papers with them, as they had to be prepared at the office as they unloaded and documented everything. I was given a hand written inventory schedule of what they loaded and promised I would receive the full receipt package in the mail. This never happened. After having our items in storage for several months we called to have them delivered to our new out of state residence. The owner, Louis, stated that he could not honor our original estimate, but I could save some money if I could wait a month until after their busy time of thee year. I agreed to do this as we are retired on a fixed income and were in no real hurry. The date was finally scheduled, and additional costs were agreed to. The delivery was supposed to be in the morning of a specific day and the truck did not arrive until late in the afternoon of the following day. asked them to wait until the next morning as there would be no way to unload all the goods before dark. He assured me that his crew would be fine with that, and that they already had plane tickets home. The crew showed up at 4:30 in the afternoon, dog tired, in two rental trucks. They explained that they were delayed in another city 300 miles away, where they had dropped off a load from one of the two trucks. Not only had they driven two trucks in the opposite direction, but they had, against our agreement, split the load with another customer. Seeing how tired they were, I asked they come back in the morning, but they and the owner said they were fine and wanted to complete the job that night. I should have demanded they did not. The crew was very friendly, but you could see how fatigued they were. They dropped an expensive hand painted Italian table-top in the driveway, breaking it. However, they choose not to declare it to me, and instead carried it into the house and set it up against a wall where the damage could not be seen. We discovered it the next day when we found pieces in the driveway where it had been dropped. My wife was simply sickened. We found additional items to be damaged and not declared the next day as well. All items were checked off as they came off the truck by tag number from the original inventory list supplied by the pick up crew. Several items were missing/damaged and noted to the driver. At 11pm the crew said they could not continue, leaving numerous items in the driveway and yard. Nothing was set up inside the house. They also demanded full payment. As I was no happy with the high value missing items and known damage done to other items, I tendered a check, withholding $1000.00, with a message I would pay the balance upon recognition and filing of claims for the loss. The lead worker departed screaming obscenities at me, which I understood given their level of fatigue. I gave the other crew a very generous gratuity, to include one for the lead, of which they had no issue accepting. The next day I spoke with Louis and he said full payment must be made before he would do anything. I stood by my original statement, and said I would give him full payment upon acknowledgement of the loss and filing of the claim. He said he had to have pictures of the damage and a listing of the missing items. Those were supplied to him within the next ten days. To my surprise, the company used the numbers from my original credit card payment to charge my account for the full balance. Imagine my surprise! I was livid. It showed their true character. I called several times before I got a response. Long story short, they took steps in communication which indicated sincerity in taking care of my damage. In a show of good faith on my part, I let the illegal credit card debit go. A furniture repair company came and took some of the damaged furniture to their shop for repair and Louis confirmed he had all the necessary documentation for the claim and would be processing it. A month later, two of our pieces were returned repaired, one declared non repairable, and the rest of the damaged furniture was awaiting authorization for repair by Louis. At this point, Louis was becoming ever increasingly more difficult to get in contact with. When I did, he just assured me that the insurance company was working on the adjustment and would be contacting me. He needed itemization and costing of the missing items, all f which was supplied to him in a timely manner. Bottom line, here we are today, six months later and they will not take our calls. Nothing has been replaced or paid for, to include the repair bills to the furniture repair company that did fix three items. We out over $8,000.00 of fine furniture and goods, many of which are irreplaceable. Louis will not respond to our calls nor the furniture repair company's calls and demands for payment. DO NOT ENTRUST YOURS GOODS TO THESE PEOPLE. Shame on Angie's List for having them on their board.

write this with a heavy heart and I only hope that something like this never happens to anyone else. Interstate move: Nevada to Texas. Date Moved: November 18, 2015 Today's Date: February 22, 2016 (still an unresolved matter) The movers were very sweet guys but took 2 full days to load a one bedroom apartment (including 3 hours to load a washer and dryer and 3 boxes from a storage unit) into a moving truck that was too small to begin with. Dropped a $2,200 TV, broke my bed, stacked boxes and items on the top of a coffee table that was placed on it's side and forced to do the leg work on finding repairmen that they had no intention on following through to fix the damages. In Texas I used a proxy to receive the movers. I was informed that they used a stone carving statue I purchased in Thailand ( that is irreplaceable ) to prop open elevator doors. They attempted to charge me extra without consulting me and made arrangements to move things to another location without my consent. It was later resolved. However now I am missing items and they stole a lock that I paid for. I trusted them to do a great job since they had amazing reviews online. I felt reassured after speaking to Luis about the mishaps as he promised to make things right. I have no choice but to write the honest truth about this unfortunate chain of events and find myself wading through a pool of debt. - They broke 2 major pieces of furniture and now refuse to make good on their word to fix or replace the items. - Luis, the owner, refuses to return phone calls or emails, now that the furniture is irreparable. Bottom line, No, I don't recommend them for moving you down the street, further more across state lines. Yes, they are affordable for a long distance move but price shop for days if you have to. Do your homework, read all paperwork thoroughly and cancel the miute you feel uneasy about any of it. I paid to have them break my furniture and now I have to buy replacements for the things they so carelessly touched.
