I have been with Custom Water Refining for years. At first they took care of all mine and my mothers RO needs and now they handle my entire home purification needs. It couldn’t be easier, they come and replace the tank and I enjoy all the great quality water! Always on time, always dependable service and we just adore the Service man who comes to replace our tank! Trust worthy, honorable and caring...all the things I value in a company especially when they come to help my mother. Senior friendly company.

I've been wanting soft water for a while now and I am glad that I found this company. The owner was very friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend this product and company.

The appointment was made two days after I called. Terry arrived even early. He was fast, in and out in no time. I love my new RO system. Paid exactly what they said it would be. I would definitely recommend them.

We have a friendly driver that replaces the tank every two weeks to keep our water soft. We don't have to carry salt bags or do any work. The cost is reasonable and it's such a great service. We save money on the detergent and no scaling on the shower doors. One word would be "convenient". The filtered water from our sink gives us an endless supply of clean water to drink. We recommend especially if you are a senior citizen and can't carry those bags of salt.

What an excellent service! We get a soft water tank delivered and exchanged every two weeks for continuous soft water and we also rented a Reverse Osmosis unit to fit under our sink to purify the water. No more lugging salt to and from the store and no more plastic water bottles. I would highly recommend. They do all the work.

Excellent at the start, but now 10 months into their service I never know when I am going to get serviced. It is $36 per month for the softener bottle to be changed twice a month. Beats the h*** out of changing salt in my own system. They seem to have a communication problem with their clients.

He has got a garage door opener and he opens it and we don't even know that he is here. I was thinking of buying a soft water system but my neighbor told me that it would cost $400-500 for such a system and that this guy would do everything for $30 a month. I went with him and there is no hassle, no mud and no fuss. I like this way better than buying a soft water system. It may pay for itself in 4-5 years, but so what, since I am not buying salt and spending an hour changing the salt out. It is absolutely great. He did the plumbing work for free and I just pay the monthly charges. He will come out and install his system for free.

Overall - excellent service and no extra charges. No high pressure sales and an enjoyable experience. He explained in detail what he was doing and how it works. Very simple. But after 6 months = hahahahah = tru to get a tank replaced = his service is a joke!!!!

He also installed a RO system. He couldn't have been better! He was very professional and reasonable.
