Description of Work: Justin and Brandon were able to stretch my living room carpet, removing excess carpet leaving it smooth and taut. It was not an easy job because of a number of cutouts on the sides for the fireplace and front door tiled areas. There knowledge and professionalism got the job done. They do really great work !

Description of Work: This is the 4th time I have used Creataive Carpets. I cannot say enough about the experiences I have had with Justin. He is extremely conscientious to the point of calling me to let me know he was going to be out of town on vacation. The work is ALWAYS well done and anyone considering carpet installation should not hesitate to contact him.

Description of Work: Origninal carpet was not installed properly and was bunch up and creased. Justin repositioned and stretched it so that it looks very nice. Living room carpet did not have the tackless positioned properly and the pad did not extend to the strip making the transition very unsightly. After he was done, you could not see any imperfections. Some of the carpeting was a struggle but he persisted as he wanted to do the job right and to our satisfaction.
