It went great. The estimate was very accurate, everyone was very professional and careful with my furniture. I boxed up myself and they even gave me some old boxes for free.

We arranged for the movers to pick up the furniture on a certain day. The movers arrived when they said they would, even though the actual truck which would transport our furniture was broken down in California. They sent a crew out to pick up the furniture and move it to their warehouse until the truck could be repaired or they could make other arrangements. We appreciated the fact that they arrived when they said they would even though they had to go out of their way to do so. All furniture arrived safely in Utah and on time. At both locations, the movers work diligently to get the job done with little or no break. All of the staff were friendly and paid attention to our requests. We intend to use this company again for our move.

I called the company because it was listed on Angie's List. The representative promptly called me back and we set a time to meet. He was punctual, took his time going through my house carefully, used his computer and produced a very complete and impressive written presentation.

I did not go with them because I ended up not moving. I called them to get an idea on the quote and they were really helpful and polite. They tried to get us scheduled as soon possible and then I just ended up not scheduling with them.

My only complaint is that I had to "track down" the company to find out when/if they were doing a pre-move survey and to confirm the actual pick-up date. (the arrangements were originally made by a 3rd party, and I had to go to the 3rd and 4th parties to find a name and number for the company) On the bright side, though, the gentlemen that came to pack and pick up our belongings were completely professional and courteous. They took special pains to make sure none of my 3 animals got out of the house and to make sure everything was securly and safely packed. Great job!
