Description of Work: I don't have dates of contact but I called them on a Friday and they stated they would be out on the following Monday. I called on Wednesday after not hearing from them and they stated I was scheduled for the next Friday. Have not heard from them in the last few weeks.

Description of Work: The Rep forgot about me for two weeks and then said he was waiting on me. I sent him a detailed email stating I couldn't meet for a second time at the site until I saw some sort of plans, that's when I got the crickets. I have heard from others in the neighborhood that have had similar problems.
