Their charges are $2400 for the entire house. They make them in their own shop. As soon as we got approval from the HRA, they started making it and within a week’s time the person from the company called and were ready for the installation and here they are. I definitely recommend them.

They were on time and very professional. I was so happy with them, that I had them come back and install a solar screen for the patio door.

Tom came on Tuesday and gave me an estimate which I accepted immediately and he took all the window measurements at that time. We agreed on delivery being on the following Monday sometime as I had prior appointments for Thurs through Saturday and he projected that it would take approximately 3 days turnaround. He called me to let me know that the screens were ready on Thursday (just 2 days later) and since I had a clear schedule on Friday he sent his assistant to do the installation. Let me say this... I was in the process of having the screens made by an inefficient handyman and had expected the final tab to be approximately 1500. The work in progress was a botched up worthless mess of ill fitting inferior materials poorly assembled over a period of 4 days with only 4 screens completed which were unacceptable and improperly installed. Imagine my joy getting a superior job done by professionals at half the price in a fraction of the time!!!! Both of the gentlemen I dealt with were professional, courteous, immaculate and extremely caring and helpful, answering all of my questions. I originally was not going to have the front windows done but have now decided that I will. Another great point in favor of Atomic Solar Screen company is that you can have just one window done at a time, for whatever reason and you wont have to pay a penalty for a small job and you still get the same superior service and quality of workmanship and materials. I cant rave on enough about how perfect they are and how happy I am with this company. I have already called several people who are thinking of getting solar screens or doing them with materials from one of the hardware type stores. I promise you that the top of the line materials you can purchase are not even close to the quality of materials you get from Atomic. You cant make these screens yourself and do half the job without the equipment and years of experience you need to get this quality of workmanship. Hire the pros and save a lot of money and time and patience....not to mention your knees if you do it yourself. Oh, did I say I got a 10 year warranty on the screens and the installation as well???? Even having lost a couple of hundred dollars on the unreturnable botched materials, I am one very happy old lady!

I needed solar screening replaced on 2 windows measuring 12" x 32" each. I was not advised that they have a minimum charge of $160.00. They phoned me the day of the appointment to say I could save $100.00 if I measured it myself. The caveat, of course, is if I measured wrong and screens had to be made over, how much money am I really saving? I cancelled the appointment and will not use them.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was competitive as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Overall experience was simple and easy. Owner came quickly to give an estimate, took measurements and said screens would be ready in 7-10 days. Screens were done within time frame, installation was quick. The price was very reasonable. I'm extremely happy with how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend Atomic.

Wonderful job. Arrived right on time for the estimate. Suggested ways to cut our costs. Only one snag, we waited on promised install date, and no one arrived. We finally called; they were running late and came 4 days later. I just wish they had called. I would call again because the quality of the work was excellent, they were honest and tried to save us money. I think the lack of a phone call was just a fluke and that it does not happen all the time.

I got an estimate over the phone. The next day I met Tom Leeming at the condo where he measured for the project and firmed up the estimate. He matched the approximate color of the condo building and said it would be about a week to manufacture the screens. The patio doors are custom and take a little longer to make. He called a week later and did the install in under an hour. Very professional, quick and great looking.

Although this company came well reviewed here, AND via word of mouth (from a neighbor/friend), this organization wasn't very helpful. I asked them to come for an estimate, and he (the owner and operator) just wanted to do it over the phone. Asked what kind of place I live in, and how many windows. "Make a guess as to what size you think they are," is what I was asked... He gave me a "rough estimate" based on what I could tell him on the phone, and this was in my opinion a very high price and rather unprofessional. The estimate was over $600 for 5 windows, two of which are approx 34x40, and the other three are a standard 46x64 (and yes, I know this NOW because I DID go and measure my own windows, to the best of my ability, after this phone conversation). In the end, I obviously didn't even speak with them again, let alone use them for service. I'm sorry, but this was rather frustrating... and I'm still looking for solar screens. Maybe I'll do it myself (at least then I know I'm getting my $600 worth. :) PS -- This estimate did NOT include covering my sliding glass door or sliding screen, of which another organization here on the list DID include that in their estimate, and it was LOWER than this price quote. Hmm.

Tom's service was great. He was prompt to our initial estimate meeting and provided me with the low-down on his company (i.e., insured, bonded, BBB, etc.). Tom also had with him pictures to assist in visualizing how the different screen colors would look. Tom explained how the different screen colors would look at night from inside the house and assisted in making the final screen color and frame selection. Due to the windy conditions the original installation date was changed. I received a polite call to explain the circumstances of the change in installation date. When the screens were installed, everything went smoothly. The installation person, Doug, was pleasant and professional. He did a very nice job, obviously taking pride in his work.

Excellent. Delivered on time and as promised. Had a problem with a wheel on the sliding patio door. Came back and repaired it promptly.
