ARMSTRONG CARPET CLEANING

Armstrong had a good deal on carpet scrubbings. I decided to give them a call. I regret that. My carpets are still stained and they smell really bad. Armstrong did not do a very good job at all. I did not get the deep cleaning. Even so, I still feel that they could have done a little better. They did not have to move any furniture because I had done that prior to them coming. I was told that they would move the furniture at no extra charge. The workers were nice people and they worked rather quickly. Who knows, maybe that is why they did not do too good of a job.

I guess you can say that Armstrong did an o.k. job. The carpets did come clean and they smelled rather nice as well. I think Armstrong could have done a better job with getting all of the stains out. The stains are still a little visible. I did not expect them to be totally gone because my carpets were really bad to begin with. I did, however, expect them to get some of the stains out. The pricing was reasonable; probably just about average with everyone else around. I believe they were running a special at the time I had called them. That is probably why it was so cheap.
