Description of Work: This company was sent by AHS and did not follow through with the final promised repairs. A overload trip switch was never replaced as promised.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, and the service man was very helpful with answering all my questions. My heater was not working at the time and he also took care of that problem free of charge (as it was something small). Calling to set up an appointment was very easy and the office staff was very well organized and also answered all of my questions and even told me exactly what he would check when he came out. I called back the day of my appointment and told them my heater wasn't working and they said that would be no problem the service man would be able to sort it out and have my heat running in no time. Overall Air Pride has gained a returning customer.
Description of Work: Maintenance on my heat pump units.

Description of Work: I have a home owners warranty. My Air Conditioning went out, it took them four days in record heat to come out. They replaced the motor and drove away. It went out again. They came back the next day and replaced the motor. When it went out again, they said to call an electrician and they left. We got an electrician the next day time and a half, the breaker was blown, Air Pride never checked the breaker box. It was a costly week for us as we had to board the dogs and stay in a hotel.

+ 0 moreAir Pride Air Conditioning & Heating did a very good job cleaning my ducts. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned my ducts in no time. They also did a very clean job as they didn't leave a mess anywhere. I didn't have any complaints about them and I thought they seemed like a pretty good company.
Description of Work: They cleaned 12 air ducts for me.
