Sept 5th I got my car towed here. Everyday it’s a new lie. I Don't even know where to START with this place. HORRIBLE . HORRIBLE . Never again. My car has been gone for 3 weeks. It's been excuse after excuse and very annoying, the person that runs this shop GEORGE . Your terrible too. COMMUNICATION SUCKS HERE ! everyday you have to call this place, they don't call you even tho they have your car. Then started a payment plan to pay for the repairs and they're taking money and using have my car. SNAP FINACE SAID my car or no payments. I'm sure I'm gonna have MORE problems with my car. To top it off I received my car finally today OCT 2, 2020 I asked for my receipt and George stated "yeah her the receipt so they can get outta here and never come back" IDIOT you think I'll ever come back! YOUR SHOP SUCKS! And George your just a bunch of lies . My car isn't fixed and I can bet you won't get another dime from me

Recently they changed ownership so right now we kind of are in dispute with them, trying to settle. The situation is uncertain right now. It was a deal the previous owner set up for us. All four engine mounts to be replaced it they were compromised. It was supposed to be all four for $600 and they said they would still honor the same deal. On the drive back they told us they told us they had new owners. When we got the car back it was worse than when we took it in. When we checked the paperwork they tried to pull fast one, the new owners did, they only replaced two motor mounts. We were told this by the service representative who said he did not care if he got fired. He told us he would try to sort it out. We even asked them before they started if they would honor the deal. What they did right now was shady. We are not going to go there after this. We don't like the new owners. The quality used to be great. The new owners brought in a bunch of new guys and let go a bunch of the old guys. Even with the other owners they did take a long time compared to the other garages, they took about 50-percent longer, although they did cut us some deals. The new owners said they would honor the deal when we spoke on the phone and when they put it up on the rack, but they only replaced two.

The manager was excellent. He knew his stuff and was very considerate. They are very easy to work with.

Originally we thought it went well, until a few days later we noticed that the front housing was not secured and was hanging. When we checked into it, only one screw was holding it in place. It was definitely not like that before being serviced. Also, since the service the car does not always start on the first try. That never happened before either. I will not return to this shop.
