Description of Work: We bought our home about a year ago. It’s a mobile home and it was in need of a major remodel. The first handyman we hired didn’t come back – so we asked our next door neighbor about her handyman, we saw him working at her house one day. Although we could do most of the work there were many things that needed a handyman. The one thing that was really impressive - the upper kitchen cabinets – they were falling off the walls. Come to find out the sheetrock in a mobile home is thinner than a stick built. So I ask Ken to use molly bolts to ensure they never fall off again – and he was fine with that, he understood my reasoning and did just what I asked. We also needed a new kitchen island, so I purchased the cabinets from home depot and he installed them in one day. He also made the countertop higher because I’m so tall. Then I wanted a floating range hood but they budget was lacking, so I ask Ken if he could build it with wood and sure enough - IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! The trim matches the rest of the trim in the house. I am so beyond pleased with the work and I highly recommend Ken if you need any work done.
