As usual they took great care of me. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection on hand. Lower prices than their competitors, but the biggie is the service. These guys know. Their stuff.

I found porcelain tile at Nova. I needed 550 square feet so it was ordered. When it arrived it was darker than the lot which I had chosen from. I was told they could provide 450 square feet of the lot I wanted if I took what they had in the warehouse and if they shipped the remaining stock from their Minden store. I was told the lot from the Minden store was the same. I took what they had in the Sparks warehouse and started laying tile. When the inventory arrived from the Minden store it was a different lot/color. I had already layed about 200 square feet of tile at this point. I was completely frustrated as they could have checked to make sure it was the same before they had it sent up. I ended up having to drive to all the Home Depots in the area to try and find the remaining square footage of the color I needed. I luckily found it at Home Depot, and for a cheaper price. They did throw in two mosaic tiles for free and apologized for the situation. But like I said, the whole thing could have been easily avoided had they confirmed before they had it shipped. It would have been as easy as having someone walk over to the boxes to read the lot number on the side of the box.

I shop at nova on a regular basis, I have never been let down!!!!!!!

I purchased tiles and materials from them. The experience was excellent. Good people.

I use them all the time. They have good customer service. They have a good inventory of good supplies. They are responsive. I would continue to use them in the future.

Their showroom has a huge selection. We must have look at forty different blocks of marble and granite, at least. They are a customer service oriented group, and their employees were extremely professional and helpful.

The job is not yet completed, but they have a great staff, selection, are helpful, and have done a great job so far. The pricing is fair and they have been very responsive too.
