 + -1 moreNever refer him to worst enemy. It took 3 months to build a shed Neil took his sweet time getting it done. Neil works on Neil's time not the client. In my home I asked him over and over again to replace tiles in my home. Neil would say no you moved a heavy safe across the tiles well we don't have a safe and if the flooring under tiles was screwed down right the tiles would not have popped. I would request things get fixed or done Neil never had time to fix my request and when selling my home it was hard to sell because there is do many things that needed to be addressed. As I researched the appliances in our home were ones that were rejects from appliance outlets and as I researched some of the appliances were from his home where they new was put in his home. Please read this. I know this will help people that are in need of a contractor.
Description of Work: First off he does not listen or care what the customer wants. Neil will argue with you about every detail you want in the building of your home or shed or anything you would like built or taken care of. Neil will take his time to do a job he took 3 months to build a shed that was 10 by 10. As I have talked with neighbors they have had the same problems as I. I would not recommend Neil to my worst enemy. Things that needed to get down in the house or garage or shed never was finalized I have to say very poor workmanship. Nell is very defensive when I would tell him I don't like the way he went ahead and did totally opposite of what we wanted. I could go on about how bad he is I hope people will read this before they go ahead with Neil. There are 8 homes he has built in this one area that everyone has had problems with getting things done in there home. Really think twice about hiring Neil.
